Cindy Office Manager is one of the rudest meanest people I have ever come across in my life time Truly a first in the medical field that i have had such an awful experience I will never go back and I will spend the rest of my days with her as an example of the worst. such a shame

Undependable, will cancel your appointment about the time you drive all the way there.

On my first visit in October, my PA Jessica immediately found the source of 7 months of pain. Dr. Cramer prescribed injections in my SI Joints. 2 weeks later, following the injections, the pain in my hips was gone. The next week I reduced my pain medication voluntarily by 1 pill daily. My script required a reduction today, possibly leaving me without meds over a long holiday weekend. Dr. Cramer came back from an off-site meeting, after hours, to correct the issue, having a replacement E-script at my pharmacy by the time I got home. Thank you Dr. Cramer and staff for taking care of me. Merry Christmas! "Michael"

The nurses are great and they do their best to get to the bottom of your pain.

They do uds every month, not randomly. They wrote my insurance to get approved to send my urine to lab EVERY MONTH, when I mentioned that could be construed as fraudulent they scoured my medical records and found a past self harm entry. Then used that to send their security to walk me out. Moments before I signed 3 pages on the new way they'd fire you if need be. It said they give me 30 days of my scripts and to find a new Dr. They gave me nothing. So if they want to abuse sending your uds to the lab every month just don't inform them that it looks like they're taking advantage of the system.

I had read the bad reviews prior to my first appointment, so I admit my fiance and I were apprehensive. But, as I read them again they sounded mostly like youngmillenials wanting to be pampered or angry because they didn't like that the clinic wanted to monitor their narcotic intake. My appointment was this morning. There was, as with all new patients at any medical facility, a lot of paperwork. I was going to have to sedated to have injections in my cervical spine. Everyone was extremely proffessional and friendly from the receptionists, medical assistants, the physician assisstant, and Dr. Ellis. Dr. Ellis and his PA are professional, personable, approachable, and after the procedure, I was glad I didn't cancel. By the way, I took off one star because they desparately need a larger, uncramped waiting room. And while writing reviews are your right, please don't use this forum to throw tantrums.

Two years ago I was in a head on collision, I had so many multiple surgeries and one major back surgery. The accident changed my life. But the constant pain changed ME! I couldn't work, exercise socialize or live like any normal person. The pain was unbearable and woke me up throughout the night. I screamed and cried for help. ER visits were too long, expensive and short relief. Dr. David Ellis and his Physician Assistant Amber are wonderful. This is along journey and you have to be Patient. You have to do your part by taking medication as prescribed, you need to exercise, diet and physical therapy. I have been a patient in this clinic for over a year, I am now working a full time job, a part time PhD student, a mom for athletic, musician and outstanding student son. I am also in the process to adopt another child. Am I able to exercise five times a week or run? Not quiet yet! To win the battle it requires more than the pain medication. It takes the right professional help who will listen, the right medication, the hard work. A strong WILL is the key to overcome any pain.

On first Appt made us wait 2 hours before doing nothing and lecturing on the evils of pain medication and they won't prescribe (or maintain) a medication regimen including OxyContin. Just dismissive and rude.

The shots work. Dr Ellis and Jessica are nice. But you only get 2 minutes with them. The scheduling staff is well below and customer service expectations. Multiple times after checking in I have been taken to a room to sit for well over an hour. Normally I have to leave the room to remind them I have been waiting. I schedule my appointments every 30 days and do the UA’s each time. They will charge you if you are late. There are legal statutes and precedents and allow the patients to bill back the dr office for waiting an excess of time. I missed my last appointment Dec 17th with stomach virus, called in to cancel and reschedule. Earliest they could get me in was 1 month later. Called back to confirm the date and they claim they didn’t put me on the schedule. And earliest they could get me in was March some time. Meanwhile they will not renew any prescriptions without seeing the patient. I’m have a full time job and required to travel several states to cover my territory so it’s critical to be able to seen. The scheduling staff has zero empathy. The only time you get assistance is when you request to have dr Ellis or his wife or the PA Jessica call you back. I’ve been a monthly regular patient for over 10 years and have received neck injections about every 4-6 months. Very disappointing. Would not reccomend the staff for any position within a company with exception of Cathy. Searching for a different provider now.

Doctor Ellis and his associate Doctor Cramer are of the highest caliber and have been extremely concerned about my wife's care and provide extremely sound measures and procedures, not just throwing more and more medication at the problem. Highly recommend this clinic for pain management.

If I could give this dr negative stars I would. First off the lady that works in the office that's a supervisor has some issues..she yelled at me then proceeded to tell me I could find else where to go because in her mind I was late 15 mins. Rude lady. I have work I have kids I can't drive due to my injury..no one showed up for 30 mins they had me sit in the front and never get seen.

No Money

Yes but her name is Betty and I think she has a mental problem. I am not sure why the doctors would keep her around given her manner to customers/patients. She acts like she is a nurse and has NO MEDICAL training. Also refused to let me speak to the doctor OR EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE she said “he is not going to call you back. I don’t see a reason for you to talk to him”. Didn’t leave him a message to call and my daughter is ill!! She is horrible. Karma ms Betty Karma. I WOULD RUN FROM THERE NO MATTER WHO REFERRED YOU.

angela Hoover

Yes babe apparently bigger say this particular doctor you could change your appointment to get you to quit said to tell you you need to put a different doctor and no leave me without medication and you’re still in pain I’ve been in pain for over a month and are still trying to find a good doctor to go to fifth they dropped me

Nikki Smitty

Dr Cramer is patient listens and take time with you during appointments and after procedures. I would refer family and friends to him.

Rebecca Thrash

The Do tors here have made a world of difference for my back pain. Very attentive and guide you step by step as to what they are doing.

Bled And Waffles

Dr. Harold miller This doctor works here. He gets the "problem cases" of his own volition. He is rude and condescending. He will ask you questions and then cut you off. He will walk out of the room without saying a word. He will call you a liar when he misunderstands. His Behavior shows he thinks he is a dictator and patients are his subjects. This man is a disgrace as a doctor. If you have any choice of offices see the choices this office made in doctors and go somewhere else.

Shawna Carpenter

not worth going to they treat you like they are your boss and you are working for them. they have no compassion about there patients. If you are seeking a doctor for pain management I would not go to them.

My Initial Pain Management Appointment was with DR Ellis today. I was told by my referring physician that they would continue my medication treatment and offer solutions to my Lower Back Pain, and Nerve pain as well down the line. After waiting for 2 Hours I was brought back into the office by a nurse, and she handed my a cup for a urine sample that had the incorrect name, and did have my other information correct. I was told that my doctor didn't send them any information such as MRI and Xray results and that I would need the disks with images from the places I have been to get a prescription refill at all. I had to have my husband who works nights bring the disks to me at the doctors office, 25 min away. I called my doctor who said they had sent the information but would fax it yet again. I then was asked several questions by the initial nurse and then the Physicians assistant, Mary Jane came in to speak to me. She did a reflex test and checked my respitory. She then asked about where my pain was located. I explained in my paperwork and also to her that injections didn't work and that I was wanting to correct whatever could be corrected in my long term goal. she left and came back saying that the doctor told her I was an injection only canadate since I had multiple refills from several doctors. I have had the same doctor for years, besides emergency room visits and a brief one other time stint a couple of years ago with a pain management facility. I was explaining this to her when she said that she would speak to the doc and be back with him but she didn't know how long that would take. about 15 min later her and the doctor came back in the room. He handed me 2 prescriptions, one was Norco 5/325 and the other was gabapentin which I informed them I couldn't take. Note: I was taking Norco 10s three times a day and Tramadol 50 MG 4 times a day, prescribed by my previous pain management, dose for Norco was 7.5 with pain management and Primary care doctor, Norco 10 for several months. I had also tried Nycenta and Percocet 5s, trying to find a good combination. When he handed me the prescriptions he said ok here is gabapentin which I believe the PA says will help and your pain medication. I glanced at it and said OK so I'm not taking the Tramadol I guess because there was a concern that I may have an allergic reaction to it, and also.. which is where he interrupted me and stated loudly and rather rudely, that this was all that I was getting. and that the Norco was extremely strong narcotic medication. I told him I was way beyond 5 mg once a day, I don't understand, I thought that with the amount I was taking that. " and that is when he grabbed my hand and yanked the MRI disk and both paper prescriptions out of my hand onto the floor, he then kicked at them and yelled that I wasn't getting anything and that I was fired as his patient. I sat there shocked for a sec while the PA made shushing sounds at me and said I'm sorry I'm sorry over and over. she picked up the scripts saying sorry and oh my gosh and handed my the MRI disk. I stood up and walked out the door, where I busted out in tears scared out of my mind and wanting to find someone to help me. I walked toward the front and asked the lady for my Copay of $60 back as I didn't get what I came for, and was just physically assaulted. she called someone else on the phone and then had 4 people surrounding me and no one introduced who these additional men were and then they brought me into an employee only area and the guy with the orange/red hair told me that No I wouldn't get my copay back, I left and had a panic attack in my car and wasn't able to drive for 30 minutes to work, which I was an hour and half late for. The whole appointment was over three hours long.

They didn't listen to a word I said. The staff was rude about my service dog. It took another person to intervene and advocate for me to get the woman to leave me alone. I could tell that they weren't going to help me by their attitudes. We just didn't fit. Total waste of time if you have a service animal or special needs.

Dale Walters Walters

You only meet Dr Ellis in the operating and then he had no time to answer questions. In a hurry to get his next paycheck in. The prescribed some meds that didn't work when I called to see if there was something better. I was told that's all they are going to do. " You should just go to the Er from now on". Not a helping attitude towards your patients. Heard them in like cattle.

Great people and decent staff but "appointment times" and "arrival times" need to b explained MUCH more in detail. Was given an "appointment time"" of 1230 pm but arrived at 11am to do new paperwork. Was told at 1230 pm, (my appointment time) that that was really supposed to b my "arrival time" to give me time to fill out my paperwork but since I arrived early to take care of that, I was told my "new" appointment time now is actually 130 pm. Don't show up early for anything. Sounds like they got it set up this goofy way for a reason and have fun waiting your extra hour in a crowded waited room. Hopefully no more bad news to follow. Good luck!

The doctors and providers have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. Something that is impossible to find these days. They really care about me and my well being! Thank you for caring!

I was accused of using an opioid that I'm highly allergic to. My primary care doctor exonerated me by performing the same exam Either mixed my exam with a person who uses this med or deliberately did it. I have reported this to the Oklahoma State Board of Doctors. I believe I have been discriminated based on my race.

I love the staff and Drs they treat me with respect Everytime .. my condition hasn't changed but they work with me on getting BETTER. Coodos to the staff

I have been seeing Dr. Ellis for 4 years now for RFA procedure. Everyone I have encountered in that office has been exceptionally professional and caring. Dr. Ellis has always came in prior to the procedure and afterwards along with his nursing team to address any concerns or questions. I had to fight with the VA to let me keep using Dr. Ellis because I trust Dr. Ellis over the VA. The VA got a new pain management doctor and wanted to start my pain management all over from scratch and experiment. I highly recommend Dr. Ellis and his medical staff!!!

I've been on pain meds for years and years. The doctor that I had were wonderful, understanding and compassionate. Until the DEA kept harassing him and causing problems, because they did not want him to continue treating pain patients. Without any warning to anyone, he left the clinic after deciding to stop providing pain management and I found him afterward at another location where he explained what happened. He gave me one more month. This was last year. Then I went through several months of hell, including this Dr Ellis office playing games on me. I received a phone call, extremely surprised that it was for me since they played games on my mom (not calling her after referral and set up appt - eventually mom's PCP decided to take over her pain management). When I went up there on appt day, I was shocked that they failed to provide an interpreter (law violation) and was even more shocked at their behavior considering that all reviews and deciding to accept me should be done before the first time appt day. I turned in filled paperwork (lots) and answered questions they asked. They asked some really stupid questions as well. The doctor that I saw was a lady and she did not give me her name. She was very clumsy at communication and did not really want to write on paper. I was suppose to meet Dr Ellis, where the hell was he? Instead, I met this dumb lady. It took every bit of strength to be there and what happened was extremely shocking. The lady said that they will call me in a few days and did not give me any medication that I clearly obviously needed. Not even a temporary one or two weeks supply. Later that evening, I collasped and was rushed to the ER very narrowly holding onto life. The doctor at the ER said what the lady did at the clinic was unethical and immoral. She purposely put my life at risk and attempted to kill me. A few days later, I received a call from the clinic saying that they do not want to accept me despite the fact that I have an excellent pain management record with two dangerous and terminal diseases, Craniodiaphyseal Dysplasia (same as Rocky in the true-story film, Mask) and (all bones) Pagets. This was an extreme shock and I contacted my PCP, who made an emergency document and a call to an ER to help me plus she made urgent calls to pain clinics, etc. Short time later in December, I received a call from another pain clinic and they did the initial process properly and on the first day meeting them, I received the prescription. Plus the dose gradually increased upward and upward. Now its almost six months at this different pain clinic with no problem. I learned that there are lots of problems and increasing suicide rates connecting with the Dr Ellis clinic and that its extremely fortunate that I did not become stuck with the Dr Ellis clinic. I also learned that many patients are switching away from this Dr Ellis clinic. Consider yourself warned and do not accept and go to Dr Ellis clinic (they have two locations). Even if they are the first to call after referral, do not accept and please wait patiently for another pain clinic. I know these days, many people are desperate, but focus on the long-term safety and benefits. This place is not recommended and is not safe. Suicide rates are increasing drastically with current and former patients. Your PCP can either help for temporary supply and/or provide document delclaration to provide to ER doctors. Also, the Dr Ellis clinic are not interested in long-term chronic pain patients and basically their goal is short-time (such as injury, surgery, etc).

Dr. Timothy Cramer, MD, and all the nurses, PAs and staff are simply awesome. The level of care I receive each visit is 100% satisfactory. They see many patients throughout the day and I don’t feel rushed or less cared for. They really listen to what I have to say. In addition, they take prescription medicine very seriously and they don’t just throw pills at you. I’ve been seeing them for over two years now and hope to continue seeing them. Without a doubt my quality of life is significantly improved thanks to the health care team at this pain management clinic. Thanks!
