I had to fight with my son’s pediatrician to get him referred to see An ENT for a number of reasons. Once I finally got a referral the office manager, I want to say her name was Connie but I can’t remember for sure, got my son in ASAP and was very kind and professional. Dr. Pierson listened to my concerns and after a short visit decided he would be removing my son’s tonsils and adenoids. He was very informative on how every thing would go and wasted no time scheduling the surgery. Yesterday was my son’s surgery and Dr. Pierson checked on him before surgery and answered all questions, and checked on us after to make sure we knew every thing went smoothly. He carried himself with confidence which made letting him care for my child a lot easier. I feel blessed to have had such a caring and kind group of people looking after my son.

I was referred to Dr. Pierson. I really enjoyed him as a doctor and person. I felt like he did a great job explaining things including my procedure. He treated me very well. His office is very friendly. Nurses were great.

Dr. Pierson was the best. He listened to me and my concerns. Pierson was very thorough in making sure he knew what he would encounter once he got into my neck. I really appreciated Pierson showing me the tests and explaining what he saw. I love his office staff. I would recommend him to everyone. I wish he were available when my daughter had her tonsillectomy unfortunately he was still in junior high at the time.

I had three previous nose/sinus surgeries before coming to Dr. Pierson so I was a bit skeptical that much help was available. I cannot tell you how excited and pleased I am with this doctor! He is very kind and professional. I recovered quicker and with less complications from the surgery that he performed than I ever have in the past. He communicated exactly what was going to happen and what I should expect and it turned out even better! If you're looking for a ear, nose and throat doctor you definitely need to visit him. I am so happy that I did. His office staff is also very nice and helpful.

Dr. Pierson cared for our 8 month old when she needed bilateral myringotomies (tube placement) for recurrent ear infections. He and his staff were able to get her an apointment extremely quickly and were so accommodating at the office Visit. The procedure was explained in detail and his knowledge and demeanor were extremely reassuring. The procedure went very well and he called us personally that night to check on how she was doing. He is trained not only in basic ENT but also in more advanced ENT surgeries and care Of head and neck cancer patients. Dr. Pierson is compassionate and knowledgeable and I would recommend him highly.

I am reviewing this surgeon today. I recently had a tonsillectomy with turbinate reduction, an incredibly painful surgery. However, Dr. Pierson made me as comfortable as possible with the process. He made sure I was as well-informed as possible as to what I should expect and how to make myself as comfortable as possible. He also went above and beyond to check on me the night I had my surgery via phone call to make sure I was doing okay. If you have to have any sort of ENT surgery, you should use this surgeon. Even the nurses at the surgery clinic (multiple surgeons work there) said that Dr. Pierson has more compassion for his adult patients than any other surgeon there and that is absolutely true, I couldn't have had a better doctor!

Dr. Pierson performed a septoplasty and tonsil-adenoidectomy for me. As an early 30-s adult I was very concerned about a painful recovery as I’ve heard tonsil removal for adults is much more painful than for children. Dr. Pierson was upfront about the pain involved, answered all my questions, and provided me with documentation so I could make a well-informed decision. I decided the benefits far outweighed the risks and requested to go through with the surgery. After surgery, he called multiple times to check up on me to see how my recovery was going and to answer any new questions. I carefully followed his instructions and frequently referred to the documentation for at-home care which both proved very effective at managing the pain and shortening the recovery time. Dr. Pierson and his staff were very pleasant. My surgery was very successful and if I had the choice to do it over again I would do it in a heartbeat. Thanks to Dr. Pierson, I am able to breathe much more easily out of both nostrils and my daily tonsil problems are no more! : )

Dr. Pierson performed a quick surgery on my two year old daughter. It was quick, in-and-out, and she bounced back in no time. To this day, she talks about how Dr. Pierson "helped her" at the hospital. Dr. Pierson followed up with us multiple times to make sure she was OK. His demeanor is excellent. He is a great surgeon and a great person.

I was referred to Dr Pierson. I am a flyer in the AF and haven't been able to truly clear my ear for 3+ years. On base doctors couldn't figure it out and told me it was just allergies. Dr Pierson identified the issue on our first visit. His staff was relentless to get my procedure approved by Tricare. After the procedure, I can now clear my ear. His office saved my flying career!

Such a great and caring doctor! He removed our daughters tonsils last week. He was excellent at explaining the whole process and making sure that we were comfortable with it all. He also gave us his personal number if there were any issues we could reach him directly and he personally called the same evening to make sure our daughter was okay. Did surgery on deviated septum. I now can actually breathe through both sides. Jump up and down shouting and smiling. Dr sent me to a sleep study to try solve another problem. Solved this problem. I now sleep without panic attacks for 6.5 to 9.5 restful hours every single night. Five stars are not nearly enough to rate Dr Pierson fairly.

Wow, what a joke! Dr. Pierson's office staff was so rude and abrupt. I overheard one of the office staff mispronounce another patient's name and she didn't even try to correct herself. No one smiled or attempted a greeting except for Whitney. Dr. Pierson was such a jerk. He got mad at me because I couldn't say AHH as he shoved a tongue depressor down my throat. I suggest that he attends (as well as his assistants and staff) a bed-side manner training. I would never recommend this doctor's office to anyone!

Dr. Pierson has been our doctor for 2 years for my son. He has put in one set of tubes for him and we've seen him for multiple appointments. He is so patient with my 7 year old and even when my son gets a little anxious, Dr. Pierson makes sure to take the time to explain what he is doing and why he has to do it. He even noticed that my son's speech patterns are not quite how they should be for his age and continues to check in with us to make sure he is properly referred if he doesn't grow out of it. He also takes the time to try to treat the symptoms causing the ear infections and tries to avoid surgery, unless it's a last resort. I love that he doesn't jump right into the quick fix of tubes like some other doctors we have been to for my sons ears before we saw Dr. Pierson. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Dr. Pierson and feel completely confident that they would be treated with sensitivity and his expert knowledge. His office staff is also extremely pleasant to work with.

Dr. Pierson was very helpful and humble. I was an hour and half late for my appointment but still he considered me and took care of me. Would highly recommend him for any sort of ENT problem.

I found out I had a nodule on my thyroid and had a biopsy don’t it came back with a really high chance of being cancer. I was referred to Dr .Piersons office on my first visit I knew he was going to be an awesome doctor . I had a total thyroidectomy on October 9th 2018 and have been back 2 times for follow ups and Dr. Pierson always asks me how I’m doing and how my mom is doing who also recently just had. Not only is Dr. Pierson awesome but soo is his staff they are always very friendly. Thank you Dr. Pierson and Staff for everything !

Dr. Pearson was great very personable and thourough. He recommended a CT scan and wanted to see me immediately after the CT (he said he reads the CT's in clinic and to bring the disc with me). So i called to try to correlate the CT with an appointment as Dr. Pearson had requested and the girl (brianna?) acted like i was a thorn in her side. I tried explaining to her thag i am just following Dr. Pearsons request. She was very condescending. Someone needs to inform her that she is in customer service. I have cancelled my CT soley because of how i was talked to on the phone.

What I most appreciated was that he waited until we completed the exam and discussed any related symptoms BEFORE declaring a diagnosis and providing treatment options. Dr. Pierson and his staff were incredibly professional and the care I received has positively changed my life, and that is not an exaggeration. I never knew how poorly my breathing was because of a deviated septum and some nasal polyps that had developed. After his review of my condition, his honesty and clearness in explaining the situation, and the subsequent surgery that followed... I can say that every time I take a deep breath through my nose it makes me so grateful. If you can already breathe normally, you may have no idea how much you take it for granted. I recommend Dr. Pierson to anyone with any ENT concerns.
