Dr.jackson is a good doctor so far.i do know they do not communicate to each other about needs from patients.you have to repeat everything to everyone.dont expect a prescription without a hassel.have to wait days and days and numerous calls back and forth before it's actually fixed . frustrating in my opinion. Good luck w this staff.

Love dr.jackson he delivered all 8 of my kids since 2006 and about to deliver my 9th baby in october.and i really appreciate his staff except for his newbie he has there she is RUDE.she only helps people she knows personally.she was rude to me one day so i gave it right back to her...the wait time is no problem anywhere you go you have to wait.so it doesnt matter.im going to keep using him as my o.b

I seen Dr. Jackson when I was 24 weeks pregnant and didn’t know I was till I was going into labor. It was the worse experience of my life but he was amazing on keeping me informed about my baby health and development. I had to get an emergency c-section and was terrified and he was helpful to keep me comfortable and after me and my baby was in two different hospitals and he kept me informed about her progress and making sure I was ok the whole time. This is the best dr I have ever been to and recommend him to every.

Dr jackson delivered my daughter 7 years ago my first pregnancy i had a short cervix and gestational diabetes i was so worried and scared he reassured me every time everything is gonna be okay and how we were gonna keep my daughter in longer and now im pregnant with my second daughter and im getting the shot for my cervix which my insurance does not cover dr jackson is amazing and not letting me go without these shots hes helped me in anyway possible i would recommend him over and over again

Dr. Jackson and Dr. Newcomb have delivered 3 of my children and will be delivering a fourth in February. I admit the wait time is long but what doctors office isnt? Great experience once I had my children, better than the doctors that delivered my first child!

No conozco esta clinica pero la recepcionista deberia ser mas amable siempre la gente hispana trata mal alos hispanos van 3 veces que hablo ala clinica me dejan en espera y me cuelgan duro 15 minutos esperando aver si me regresan la llamada y no les marque otra vez e hicieron lo mismo!!! Finalmente marque de nuevo y me dijieron que no habia nadie en la clinica que hablara español

I seen Dr. Frye back in 2009 (almost 6 years ago) and he was okay. He was nice. I do not like the receptionist there. They are rude, not helpful, and the most ignorant people! My ob doctor retired and recommended to see Dr. Jackson. I tried to make an appointment in March of 2015 to see Dr. Jackson. I was told by the receptionist that I cannot see Dr. Jackson because I seen Dr. Frye once! They do not see each other patients. I was like I don't want Dr. Frye, I want Dr. Jackson. She did not budge. I told her, my old doctor recommended Dr. Jackson, not Dr. Frye and she should send a message to the doctor to see if it would be an exception. She said "Well I can try but they do not see each other patients". I was like so you are forcing me to see a doctor that I do not want to see. She said "well you don't have to see anyone if you don't one, but if you want to come here then you will HAVE to see Dr. Frye" Very BAD POOR customer service. I just told her I would let me OB doctor know that you guys will not allow patients see Dr. Jackson even if they are recommended by another doctor. She goes well you go ahead, it won't hurt the doctor's reputation! VERY POOR SERVICE!

Ruined my life! Gave me KETAMINE AND VERSED for my c section bc they missed my epidural and proceeded to cut me open while I screamed and cried that I was NOT numb and could feel EVERYTHING! I told them before they started that no part of my body was numb then once they realized they F***ED up and cut into a patient that was wide awake and not numbed at all they said they needed to give me "sleepy medicine" & that daddy couldn't come in there since I had to be put to sleep!! He ended up in there but was so focused on my condition and being scared I wasn't gonna b ok that we both missed out on the excitement and joy of the birth of our child! When I did wake up I was hallucinating, had no clue where I was, who my husband was or my sister, and terrified of where my baby was and why my baby was not in my belly or what was going on at all. This doctors office destroyed my life and my family with their actions and malpractice actions. I can't go into the rest of this experience due to court proceedings pending but PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOU OR YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN,BORN AND UNBORN!!
