The place has been good to me over the last two half years. Dr. Conley, Lee Germany, JT and even Grant. I’ve always kept my co-pay up to date. Never cancelled appointments. I’ve seen Conley three times , two in surgery, one visit. But this having to go through receptionist to get to a doctor is not my thing, especially when u want to talk to a doctor and the nurse calls u back and won’t let u talk to him is not a proper at all especially when it’s very important that speak to doctors In the matter. And when u try to make an appointment with Conley the receptionist won’t let u, says u have to keep ur follow up the next month with Grant which they wouldn’t let u talk to in the first place is totally wrong. But I’m the one who suffers without medication for months until he decides to talk to Conley about the matter at hand well that’s to much. I’ve been on major pain medication for over twenty years now and still hurt when I take them, yet I’m able to clean house for thirty minutes before I have to lay down but it’s better than the pain without them. I made a mistake signing that stupid ua paper, I thought it was something else. Why would I sign something that was false I didn’t read it and sorry I didn’t. But he should have offered for me to take another drug screen. But I was so devastated and embarrassed about the fact that my ua was not a clean one and he only offered me two months of clean ua’s then he would discuss it with Dr. Conley. That’s so unfair. They should let me discuss it with Conley now. And work out something so as I’m not in pain for that long a period. He could have let me redo the ua that day. Or come in every two days for awhile for a ua to know I was clean that month and started my meds back. After all referral to a rehab.. they didn’t take into account my pain and withdrawals they’re terrible at this point. My hands r tied. I’ll have to visit the hospital to find any relief. I’d know my options if they would let me speak to Dr. Conley. It’s just not right, to put me on hold for now it is three months said receptionist. If grant can change his mind just like that he can speak to Conley and stop this hold and pain and withdrawal. Just reinstate me or discharge me so I can get help.

I like Dr. Connelly. He listens and genuinely wants to do whats best to relieve your pain. His staff is wonderful and caring. I was referred to him, for a pain pump, by my Pain Mgmt Physician. All Procedures have been scheduled and performed efficiently. Calls are promptly returned and They were very accommodating when I needed to be seen immediately recently. All paperwork and approvals are handled quickly, by his staff. I’ve been very pleased with the Care.

I have had Dr coleny for over 5 years he is the bet Dr. I have ever had he will tell u straight up if u need surgery or not he will not lie to u at all. I will not go to no one else but Dr colney u are the best my friend god bless u and the staff u guys rock. In my books.

Dr. Conley is a very nice Dr. He's very thorough and the majority of his staff is kind. Hard to get someone on the phone though. Also J.T. a P.A. that works there is a very nice person. I recently had surgery done by Dr. Conley and had some issues after about 2 months. He had me in his office the next day and and the hospital within a week trying to help me as busy as he is. His nurse Heather is an angel and his staff is so kind to me. Do not believe false reviews of him. Sometimes things just happen. I've had some bad experiences with doctors and his staff and himself are probably the very best I've ever dealt with.
