The staff was great!

A wonderful experience for my 5 year old. The hygienist was so friendly and truly cared about me being pleased with their service. The dentist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and answer questions. They went out of their way to make scheduling appointments work for my unique situation. Highly recommend to ANYONE looking for a pediatric dentist.

As a foreigner in USA, find a good Dr. is very important. This dentist clinic provide excellent service for both kids and adult. You must make an appointment a month earlier. The staff in the front is great! The Scaling technician Debbi H. patiently help me and my 3 years old, and my kid love her! ! Dr. Mindy Price & Dr. Brad kripke explain clearly! All I feel is pleasant cooperation between everyone. And I say YOU MUST VISIT HERE ONCE IN YOUR LIFE TIME! They can take care both kids and adult on the same time! Save you Money! JUST LOVE IT!!

The service is good and the doctors are nice, but they are so overpriced (I have just got the bill and I did not want to believe it first)!!!! Tooth extraction without any insurance in another facility (a lot bigger and with better reputation) cost me slightly over $200, when here - I am paying $350 for the same set of procedures WITH a reduced fee plan and the lady from billing department said it was supposed to be even more expensive without it. And as I am reading the previous reviews, we did not have anyone discussing the payment options with us. It is sad , because we really liked the doctors there, but it is too expensive.

By far the best dental experience I've ever had. The entire staff is so friendly, upbeat and sociable! My 4 kids all had appts this week ranging from age 2 to age 14 and I'm just so impressed with the service we receive. One of my children needs some work done and this was the 3rd dentist we had gone to because the others made me feel like a terrible parent and weren't very caring with my daughter. At Worthington Pediatrics they worked out a treatment plan and never once made me feel like a failure as a parent. They made my daughter feel so comfortable and calm. We have never had to wait past our appt time which is unusual anywhere you go! We get right in which is huge when you have so many kids! My 2 year old was apprehensive at first but after his appt he just keeps asking to go back! All my children now love the dentist! Thank you Worthington Pediatrics!

Today was the 3rd visit for our 12 year old. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, each time we're there. I also love that there is almost zero wait time.

I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Dr. Price. My 9 year old son slipped and broke a tooth this evening. His dentist did not have an emergency number and I could not find anyone to help. Thankfully my friend located Dr. Price's website. He had an emergency number and even though he is not our dentist, he allowed me to send him pictures of the damage to determine if he needed to be seen tonight. I hope he knows how much peace of mind he brought to us tonight and I wish I could do more to show him our appreciation for his advice. I wish we lived closer to Worthington (we are 45 minutes away) as I would switch to him tomorrow. Anyone that would help a freaking out mother of a non-patient has to be a fantastic provider. Thank you, thank you

This was by far the best dentist experience ever. I went Today with my 3 year old, 1 year old. My 3 year old got x-ray and cleaning. The technician (Sorry i dont recall her name) was so kind and nice, my 3 year old felt comfortable and did not need me by her side, so my 1 years old got checked and cleaned simultaneously. And i myself got x ray checkup and scaling too. Debbie was the most understanding and patient Person, letting me take time to comfort my 1 year old whenever needed, laying out toys, letting me hold her while getting cleaning etc. My 3 years old waited after she was done at the kids waiting room that has toys and TV. Thanks so much to all the stuff and Doctors. We are looking forward for our next visit in 6 months.

My son's first visit to this office, and he had a wonderful experience. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Brad was super upbeat, informative, and helpful with the visit. Marquitta performed a cleaning and sealants for him and did a wonderful job! She was extremely warm, and my son thoroughly enjoyed her as his hygienist. On the way to the car, I kid you not, he said, "that was the best teeth cleaning ever!" This is coming from a newly 6 year old. Would recommend Worthington Pediatric Dentists, 10/10! Thank you!

Tried this place after moving to this area of town about a year ago. My son is 4 and super chill in the dentist office so we did not have any "issues" just a long wait and not very impressed with the dentist he saw. I honestly could not even tell you the dentist name because the exam was so brief. The dental assistants were very nice to my little guy. The other thing that I was not super impressed with is the set up. The chairs are in one room, maybe 3 or 4 chairs so if there is another child in the room that is upset it can affect the other kids. I'll be searching for another option.

This place is AMAZING. My daughter is autistic and they were very kind and patient with her. Her appointment went so smooth. We were seen quickly and the employees were great. My son wasnt afraid here. I'm so happy we found them!

Danielle Burson

This office is absolutely fantastic! The staff was amazing with my daughter! There was hardly any wait time, and the best part was how they made my child feel so comfortable, she actually can't wait to go back for her next cleaning!

Jana Kienzle

Wendy Flinn

I like all of the staff at Worthington Pediatrics. They always treat our daughter great and show great care for her level of comfort during any and all procedures. There is virtually no wait time and everyone is very friendly.

Dealing with front office staff is a headache. Canceled my sons annual cleaning since the office for some reason couldn’t look up our new insurance information.

Jingcai Wang

Both the dentist Dr. Mindy and the assistant Mandy are awesome! They take care of my daughter’s teeth very well.

My daughter went here for over a year and just a few months after her last cleaning (when they said she had no cavities), she was complaining of tooth pain that was so bad she was in tears constantly so I called and made an appointment. The soonest they had available was the next day. She woke up the next morning and the whole right side of her face was swollen! It was obvious she had a tooth infection. I took her in and we saw a dentist we don't regularly see. She looked in my daughter's mouth, said she didn't see anything and suggested that I make an appointment with her pediatrician or an eye doctor since the swelling was also up by her eye. I asked "why would she complain of tooth pain if she has a problem with her eye?" The dentist looked in her mouth again, said she "might see a little something" and asked me to wait 45 minutes to see my daughter's regular dentist. Good thing I pushed the subject because it was in fact a tooth infection that could've spread to other parts of her body. We waited the 45 minutes and her regular dentist looked in her mouth, did an x-ray, and said it was a tooth infection and that two of her molars needed to be extracted. No other options were discussed and no antibiotics were given for the infection. Within seconds of informing me that two molars needed to be extracted, they extracted them. It was obvious that the nitrous oxide was not working as my daughter cried and screamed during the entire extraction. They weren't patient, they weren't gentle, and they didn't care if she was comfortable or in pain. My daughter and I were both so traumatized with the whole experience that we decided we were never going back. Thankfully, our area has a plethora of other pediatric dentists and we have since found a more trustworthy and kid-friendly practice! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place and I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Mandy, Dr. Mindy and Marcy (I hope I got the names right, sorry I'm bad with names) we're fantastic! If I could leave a million star rating I would. They treated our one year old like he was their own they were informative accommodating and so sweet and kind. I felt like my son was the only one there to be seen. My husband and I took him in for a tongue and lip tie procedure and they walked us through each step and did all they could to not only make my son feel safe and happy but us as parents as well. Sterling, Billy and I would like to thank you all for doing such an amazing job. There are not enough words to tell you how much we appreciate you and how much this practice is loved. You have a patient for life! Thank you all again! We wouldn't trust any other dentist with our son! A++++, we truly struck gold with you! Woo Hoo :-)

The pediatric portion of this office is not handicapped accessible, just FYI. The office has an open layout which is not my preference because of the lack of privacy. I had listened to a detailed conversation about one child's dental issues while waiting our turn. This is an office that I would say is pediatric in name only. During two different appointments when my child was scared the response (from two hygienists and one dentist) was to say "You're okay, it doesn't hurt!" while pushing my child back down into the chair. They are good at explaining ahead of time and showing tools, but seem impatient if the child is uncooperative. While I was sitting in the waiting area listening to my child scream during a filling a hygienist wandered by and "comforted" me by saying "Just remember, if you brush your child's teeth daily and don't give them juice or fruit snacks you won't have to do this again!" Our child got a cavity despite brushing, drinking mostly water and milk, and never eating fruit snacks. Even if that had been the cause of the cavity, the appropriate place to address dental hygiene is during a routine cleaning. Definitely will not be returning!

We absolutely loved the office and staff. My daughter needs a lot of dental work done. She was made very comfortable on her visit with getting two teeth pulled so now she is not worried about the upcoming dental work that needs done.

Nikki Travis

Dental assistant treated child abhorrently during treatment of a friend's son. She was yelling at the child and telling a four year old "to get a grip!" I don't know what kind of training she has received but obviously it is sorely lacking in empathy and care where children are concerned. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS DENTIST WHATSOEVER! Children who have had this kind of traumatic experience and the dentist at such a young age can develop dental treatment phobia's that last a lifetime!

John MacAdam

Multiple bad experiences. Treated our 6 year old poorly and unprofessionally. Not patient or kind. No compassion for kids. Only one lady in this practice is friendly. Multiple other employees are rude. They messed up our son's retainer and did a terrible job removing it. We will not return.

Our two boys have been seeing Dentists from Worthington Pediatric Dentists since they were 2 years old. Every time, the professional service they provide make us feel like help them keep healthy teeth is not a hard job. Especially, they will ask you to speak with billing center to see what is the best plan for your kids to get insurance paid, how to help you arrange different payment plan if there is a need for filling. Their office is big and open, clean and nice. The professional team has a very strong medical experience and skill background. We highly recommend it.

We recently took our 2 year old son here for his first dental exam. Dr. Mindy Price was amazing! She was very patient and great with him. He actually had fun. We would definitely recommend her.
