When I arrived at the office I was greeted by the rece receptionist and within a few minutes was taken back to start my physical. When the assistant to doctor Dorado came in she introduced herself and explain to me what procedures she will be doing prior to the doctor coming in once her the procedures were completed the doctor came in with in 5 minutes, he explained to me the steps that we're going to be taking and what-all would be done during the visit. After the physical was completed doctor Dorado set there and we we discussed healthier eating also the benefits of taking certain vitamins . Which made me feel as more just a patient .

As someone who works in healthcare I get to observe providers from both the patient and professional side. I can tell you Dr. Sen is the epitome of the traditional family practice physician. He turns over every stone in his thoroughness. He wants to know his patients and shows it in his practice. He is approachable and quick to address concerns. He’s understanding about many concerns of his patients which have included for myself time restrictions d/t work, insurance issues, or concerns about medications. Many good doctors can be made but sometimes the difference may be not how their made but who they really are as person. If you get a physician who is both be thankful you found someone special.

The doctors in the office are very knowledgeable, and are not just looking to treat you by pushing meds down your throat. They are very much looking to get you better, and back to your normal self. I’d like to also add that I was seen at almost the exact minute of my appointment which as most of you know, is something rare to say the least. I live 30 minutes away, I’m surrounded by hospitals and doctors offices and will continue to happily make the drive up to see her whenever necessary if that tells you anything. I can honestly go on and on about how thrilled I am to have found Dr. Kwong and the staff around her. If you’re looking for a primary, give her a shot and decide for yourself.
