Not sure why someone posted a review with one star and no description. But anyway, I went there on Wednesday the 6th of September and seen Dr. Robertshaw. After a few simple tests he knew I needed immediate attention. He started putting plans in place. Later that day his staff called stating the only time he was free to do surgery was on the 15th. Yet, he spoke with his other Doctors ( Dr Kappa and Dr Campbell) In the office and they stepped up and the surgery was done the very next morning. If you need help, they will do everything to get you well.

I have had a problem and went last Thur. The did a urine sample and said call back Mon for results. I called back Mon and they said I had an infection but there was a second test (dna) that needed to come back to determine antibiotic needed. It is now Fri the test is back at 9:30 we have called for results 3 times for and to call in prescription at 12:30 we have heard nothing. I am in pain and can’t seem to get results.

Very professional and I would recommend. Having a vasectomy is obviously not fun, but my doctor was fast and kept a conversation going to pass time for me
