Recently, I had the experience of visiting Suburban Internal Medicine, where my doctor practices. He was on vacation so I was referred to Dr. Asif Qazi. I found him to be extremely competent, patient, and helpful. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with me and take care of it immediately. Not only does he have a great bedside manner but he is a good listener, with a gentle demeanor, who really seems to take an interest in his patients. His nurse does a great job, as well. Always a positive experience at this practice, right down to the check out at the end. Everyone is so kind and professional, which means alot when I don't feel well!

The doctors are professional and knowledgeable. Staff is helpful and supportive. Nurses are willing to listen and they remember patients and quickly address needs. Nurses are always understanding and sympathetic. Calls are returned in a timely fashion and nurses anticipate needs and offer solutions, even when I might not know what I need. Dr. Qazi recognizes that, sometimes, I know what I need and he trusts me and listens, while still maintaining an appropriate doctor/patient relationship. The fact that he allows me to take an active role in my care makes me trust him even more. Finally, the fact that he doesn't immediately turn to pharmaceuticals as a cure is refreshing.

Professional⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Bedside manner ⭐️, Communication ⭐️, Access⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Wait⭐️. I was placed in an examination room for 25 minutes. When the Doctor finally came she had a neutral disposition and was neither friendly or unfriendly. There was no apology for my long wait. She was summoned out of the examination room twice during her time with me. She was gone for about 7-8 minutes each time further increasing my wait. No apologies... no acknowledgment. My overall PERSONAL experience was POOR.

I find that most staff at this location are very good at what they do. I go to Dr. Woodlief and he is very good at what he does. I did have United Healthcare Dr. Woodlief was not available under this insurance carrier, so I opt out of United healthcare and am now with Aetna. I changed healthcare instead of doctor. I travel about 25 miles to this professional and have found this acceptable for good care.

Starting with the entering of the clinic very professional very polite. The visit was very Timely I have to wait very very little on the name of the procedures that they were going to. The office personnel very professional and personable. It's very easy to talk to dr. Terrible, just terrible! Worst doctor visit I've ever experienced. The office personal were great but I saw Dr. Patel she couldn't have been worse. I was clearly beneath her as soon as she walked in. She talked down to me and had no respect what so ever. She actually told me if I couldn't handle her I could go somewhere else right now! She yelled the whole visit, literally. I had recently been in the ER for a irregular heartbeat. Somehow the ER sent her the wrong paper work. She said this says nothing about an irregular heartbeat and assumed I was lying. Most doctors would follow up with the hospital to get the correct information. Nope, not her, she just looked at me and said I think you had a panic attack and wouldn't hear anything else from me. Also, if you try to speak at all, YOU are talking over HER. She never listened to anything I said the whole visit. If a doctor can't listen to you how can they ever treat you, much less, diagnos you. She never even called in my refills on my medications. I was without my cholesterol meds for 3 days. I had to call the office manager to get them called in. I was also supposed to have a referral to an orthopedic specialist. It's been about a week and I've heard nothing so I'm guessing she didn't do that either. It makes me give one star but that star is overrating her.
