Love the office staff. They are friendly, efficient and always available. We drive my three children 30 minutes to the office go to Dr. White for care and I couldn't be happier. She takes time to listen to parents, considers their opinions on diagnosis and development, and explains procedures to the children. Highly recommend!

I had Dr. White it seems like from the time I was a baby to being 19. I always liked going to the doctor as a kid. The doctor and nurses are very kind and gentle.They're good at giving shots. I did start to dislike my treatment a bit more as I got older. For instance, the doctor prescribed me antidepressants after one visit when I described to her that I had been feeling down recently in life. I told her I had serious problems with menstrual cramping and she told me to take two ibuprophen before i started every month. Then when I was about 17 I think I was asking for help because I was 5'4 and 95-100 pounds. I had trouble gaining weight no matter how hard I tried. And she had no answers except for maybe I was bulimic. She advised my mom to watch me closer. I ate perfectly normally, I just had a very fast metabolism. Then most recently I came in with MRSA. No doctor never told me any information about it. I was prescribed antibiotics and told to take three bleach baths a week for three months. And "next time you get one of those, (a boil,) make sure you come in right away." is what Dr. White told me. Also as I got older, Dr. White gave the impression that she didn't really like to work with me. She stopped making eye contact with me and mostly talked to my parents. So I don't dislike this doctor's office really. But I would recommend looking into a doctor that will find solutions to your child's problems rather than just medication for the symptoms.

Our children have been patients since our daughter was born in 2004. This practice WAS an amazing, caring, patient-centric practice. Even when our son had a serious health scare at 3 weeks old, and he was cared for by another physician in the practice, the care he received and the experience was outstanding. This has all changed. Much to our dismay, their pediatrician retired in January. While we were very sad, we also understood and we wanted to give their new physician every opportunity to adjust. We have been repeatedly disappointed in the care since then. Every time we schedule an appointment we get a new doctor. During one experience this spring our doctor was just downright condescending. Even our daughter commented on how rude she was. Recently we had an experience that required us calling into the after-hours line. Previously we had access to an actual doctor. Now we get a nurse line, which does have access to a doctor, but not a doctor in the practice! Our son was being watched for a skin infection and because the doctor he had seen earlier that week, within the practice, didn’t enter the notes properly we couldn’t get the antibiotic called in and his treatment was delayed nearly 24 hours. We would have been better off going to an urgent care, but by the time they told us the script couldn’t be called in (4 hours, and 3 calls later) even the urgent care near us was closed. This was after we were told the script had been called in, and my husband had made a trip to the pharmacy. This USED TO BE a practice of incredible physicians, with a staff full of caring supportive professionals with familiar faces and very low staff turnover. It’s all changed and we are now switching pediatricians/practices for our 8 and 14 yo children. To say we are frustrated and disappointed would be an understatement.

Dr. Sterling has been providing care for my children for over a decade. She is honest and caring. I feel grateful to have a pediatrician who knows my children and gives consistent care. All of the ladies at the Reception desk are also awesome.

It was a nice visit as always. The doctors are kind and when I came out as Trans they changed my name in the server and they started calling me Vincent! As I find it hard to open up it really makes me happy I only had to say it once before they started calling me Vincent. 10/10 will come again(Likely when I need my vaccinations)

Our first visit at Riverside Pediatrics went very well! We were very pleased with how clean the facility seemed, ease of check in, and the thorough exam and kind bed side manner of Dr. Lindsey Wylie. Our little one ended up needing a referral to an ENT for tongue tie related latch issues and the only negative about the whole experience is nobody ever followed up with said referral information despite being told by the front desk that someone would call us. However, I was able to call the ENT Dr. Wylie mentioned on my own(good thing I was listening well) and make the appointment and have my LO’s issue resolved- otherwise I would still be waiting.In addition when I called back to adjust a scheduled appointment time the receptionist was not terribly pleasant- despite my polite demeanor and easy requests. So all in all a good experience, though not perfect.

Ever since Dr. Forsythe left we have had a not so great experience. My children have been misdiagnosed on 3 different occasions or failed to be diagnosed and treated leaving it up to outside Doctors or children's hospital to diagnose properly. I am glad I have plenty of people in my family who are nurses, practioners and med training including myself or this last situation that slipped through the Doctor's fingers could have been worse left untreated. We are finding a new Doctor, If you love your kids just do not even go here....to be honest a private practice is your best bet. I will not go into specifics of the nature but I will tell you, question your Doctor's and get second opinions if you feel something isn't right. It's called practicing medicine because they're still practicing, I guess it's expecially true for this place! I will spend my money elsewhere on a more competent doctor!

Staff has been very helpful in servicing me when I most needed it. They are kind and respectful I love my daughter’s pediatrician, Dr, Wanda Boudinot. She is wonderful with her. Respectful, empathic, listens closely and explains her diagnosis calmly and clearly. I’m so glad I chose riverside pediatrics as a primary caregiver for my daughter.

The office staff are very condescending if you appear young to them. I just had my first little girl at 24 years old, and they acted like I was 16. I just went in to transfer offices(going to another Pediatrician’s office because I can’t take their rudeness any longer!) and the employee at the front desk said “I’m assuming you’re transferring to a big girl doctor?” Assuming I’m 18 and leaving the practice. I made clear that no, I was transferring my daughter out of that office. Please choose a different place! We don’t use traditional healthcare and I think they also treated us differently because of that. Even though they don’t know our financial situation, and even so it is our business! Go somewhere with friendly staff that don’t look down on you based on your choices!
