If I could leave a below zero stars I would. Not only have we been waiting 2 months to get to a doctor but they called us today with our apt 1 business day away to tell us they are canceling our apt and pushing it another month out. SO now my wife will run out of her prescription and they basically told me sucks for you we'll see you in a month. DO NOT GO HERE. Please if I can save one person from deciding not to go here I will be happy the staff is rude they are very slow you cant get in they wont help you when you need it. Anything you look for in a primary care they don't have. This is the first review I have left anywhere is how I feel about this place. DONT GO HERE.

They Don’t deserve even one Star. They are awful to their patients and the parents of their patients. They are petty and unprofessional. I would stay far far away from them. I would not expose your children to them because they don’t care they only care about making money. I fired them because they couldn’t get us in until February mind you it’s September. They were very rude on the phones. It’s like talking to a dumb blond. They don’t get it. You can explain and explain and they never get it. I’ve proven them wrong again. It seems like a rant but I’m telling you please keep your children away.

The staff have all been very helpful and timely with the care of my daughter. Very clean and welcoming office and exam rooms. I had been to other pediatricians before and had problems but have not once had any issues with this office or the staff.

My experience with this office had been great until today. There was a $100 balance and they called and mentioned that if we didn't pay it by the end of day, our daughter's future appointments will be cancelled and she wont be treated there anymore. That was very very rude. First up, whether it's a $100 or $1000 balance, be polite. Secondly, explain the situation clearly. People panic, especially when it's about babies (we have a 5 month old). No wonder, the office has been rated poorly with such good doctors.

My wife has been a patient at this office for some time. She consistently has to sit around in the office for over 1 hour after her scheduled appointment time before she is seen. It appears from the other reviews here that this is business as usual at Primed. What kind of business can operate this way? Has it ever occurred to them that their patients have more to do in their day than sit in a waiting room? Now that we are married, we will be switching doctors very soon.

I love the fact that there is no wait! Other than that..oh and that Dr sunny is great with babies/kids...Dr sonny thought my son had or was developing allergies. ..well couple days maybe a week goes bye i take my son to children ( mind you my son he was only 4m.s old never took him out much never had people in and out holding him or anything he was healthy...well Dr. Sunny was wrong it wasnt allergies he had RSV. .its my first kid i was freaking. .he has over looked. Multiple ear infections (bc of the draining from RSV) ) he has to be circumcised all over again...either it wasnt circumcised correctly the first time .or dr sunny just didnt want to listen to me every single visit i asked about his circumcision! ! Untill eventually dr sunny pulled my sons circumcision back and my son screamed no numbing just told me to look away im like huh??...so after the rsv that dr sunny said was allergies..after ao many ear aches from him having RSV & the draining caused ear ache...when sunny kept telling me teeth!! Plis his circumcision every time i asked dr sunny how it looks he would always say great! Then they kept giving excuses after excuses about vaccines firat i was told they disnt have them in...then a nurse/ staff told me they couldnt find the key.. &THEN was finally told that my insurance disnt cover vaccines! ! So i had to take my son downtown to ribel building.. they was very friendly but my son had knots on his legs from ones that was missed bc of primed! And took for evey for these small pee sized nots to go down he was in sooo much pain broke my heart..so i switched doc. Still at same office i love Dr. Matt he is very thero explains so much every detail he makes sure gis patients/ parents are satified before you leave and willing to answer any and all ?'s

I dont recommend DR. MICHAEL WHITT. He made me wait over an hour even though I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment, when I got back into the room, it took for him to see me about 70mins or more. When he came into the room he did not apologize for making me wait he literally acted like he didn't know i was coming in? (My appointments are made months in advance)..and then couldn't even go into my chart which literally was handed over to him 10 feet away then he leaves the room doesn't even say "nice meeting you, take care" just says "ok, seeya"..also never took any time to get to know his patient.. he just made me feel very uncomfortable and I still feel uncomfortable about it I've never had a doctor make me feel so awkward and never have I felt disrespected by any doctor. He does not treat all his patients with respect! I would never go back to him. I do know the other doctors, even the nurses, are VERY caring and respectful and I highly recommend the other doctors located there.

Been coming here for almost two years and the office is awful. I'm a very patient and understanding person but every time I come here I wait over an hour EVERY time... one time it was almost 2 hours... The doctors are wonderful when they get to you but the wait is not worth it and the office staff aren't very good either. Any time you call, even if it's early in the morning you're only hold for at least 10 minutes... definitely do not recommend. I'll be switching doctors unfortunately because of this.

My kids see Dr Perky and I’ve been seeing Dr Froehlich for years. I don’t need to go to the doctors often but Dr Froehlich remembers personal details about myself and family. Dr Perky is amazing with the kids they love seeing her as do I, she also remembers family things like trips and makes visits very personable. I read comments about waiting a long time... yeah that’s every doctors office I go do regardless regardless of the speciality. Unfortunately it’s how it is these days. They are very apologetic if it’s too crazy. But you know what I get it they are caring for their precious patients ensuring they feel comfortable and covering every medical detail and if I expect them to treat me that way then I realize they are treat others the same. Also big issues I get in quickly refill prescriptions I plan ahead. They have a ton of patience and I understand during sick season they keep time slots open for that and well visits are scheduled out because I am WELL. I appreciate everyone in this office. Wish their patiences would recognize their hard work and realize the medical industry is crazy busy and doctors/nurses have to work with less with more patiences. You’re going to wait anywhere you go... and if you don’t wait maybe that’s the problem that they don’t have a lot of patients filling their waiting rooms.

I love love love Dr. Froehlich. She is five star. And a couple years ago I would have said the same of the whole practice. But I have been unable to make sick visits twice (don't tell me to go to urgent care, I have a primary care physician for a reason ) and getting through to office staff is a nightmare.

Fabulous Physicians at Beavercreek PriMed Pediatrics. We have been seeing Dr. Kathy since my daughter was born in 1999. She is always kind, caring and thorough. We have also seen Dr. Matt and Dr. Sonny and they are both great too. I highly recommend this practice. They are quick to respond and the nurses on call are very competent and helpful.

Never Helpful. Have to wait minimum 3 months for an appointment. Then, they cancel without notice. If your child never want to be seen, the you may choose this place.

I have been trying to leave a message with the office since 6 p.m. last night that I had a family emergency today and won't be able to make my blood draw at 7:00 a.m. Just found it out at that time! No voice mail or no way to message them! Wow! Who does this?! I tried calling them this morning at 7 and 7:30 went strait to voicemail. They are open at 7 a.m. I went on their web site to leave a message. No way to do this! This has happened in the past as well! Don't get me wrong I love Dr. Frolich and her team! I blame it on her management above her. They will probably charge me for the no show. Idiots! Grrrr! Look at the latest article on Primed Physicians! Doctor's are leaving! Management get your act together!

The whole staff here is so helpful! They have very flexible hours and the nurses are always available and very helpful when I call with questions. The office has called me on more than one occasion to confirm things about my baby girl and to make sure she was doing ok. This is a practice that is truly invested in its patients.

I have always been extremely happy with Primed pediatrics and have 3 children that have went here over the last 10 years. I'm so disappointed this year because during my son's 6 month vaccine appt they really pushed for the flu vaccine which I was going to decline since it's the end of the season and it would require two visits. They told me if I didn't do it this year then it would require two visits next year so I said ok. (I'd rather do the two shots at 6 months, rather than 18 months) The office just called and said that they have to cancel his second shot visit because they're out of the vaccine. Which makes the first shot a waste and now requires me to get two next year! I understand that offices are allotted a certain number of vaccines, etc. BUT, if you are giving a two step shot...set aside the second one! A first shot should never be given if you can't assure a second shot being available. I am planning to call different help departments to rectify this, to avoid two shots next year. But this is poor planning on the office.

We really like Dr. Gutman for our son, but everything here is so slow. Terrible time management practices, wildly inefficient. The doctors/dentists we see as adults have backups from time to time, we understand that happens. Expect to wait 15-30 minutes after your time to be called back and you will wait 45 minutes or more after that to be seen by the doctor - unless you get the first appointments of the day. It’s brutal if you’re a parent who doesn’t have a ton of free time and have to make room in your schedule. Unless you’re uncharacteristically patient and can afford time for 2 hours or more in a doctors office, then go for it. If not, look elsewhere. We’re leaving to find someone new.

Called for a sick appointment. Scheduled for 11:10 AM, got there 10 minutes early, in case they needed any additional information. I was not called back into an exam room until 12:00 PM. I left at 12:25 PM and still had not been seen by the doctor. I had to get back to work. Here's my point, do not make appointments for people that you can not keep. My time is as important as yours, I lost money for the day waiting for an appointment this office did not honor. I need to change doctors, as this is totally unacceptable and unfortunately the norm here. The staff told me I could go to urgent care. Wow.

I have been a patient of Dr Witt for a few years. I think he is a very good doctor, very approachable and knowledgeable. However, I am switching doctors because the office staff there are absolutely horrible. On more than one occasion I have scheduled an appointment, then showed up at the scheduled time and been told I didn't have an appointment and that it was for another time. I hope Dr. Witt moves his practice to a different office someday because he doesn't belong in such a poorly run office.

This is the only office I've ever taken my children to. Dr. Taylor is amazing with them. She shows compassion and she genuinely cares about our family and my children's health. Well child visits always go smoothly. Any questions I have are always answered. Any time we have had an emergency they have gotten us right in and have gone above and beyond to get my kids exactly what they need. I would definitely recommend this office and their staff to anyone looking for a great place to take their child.

The doctors here refused to take my son as a patient even though two of them were accepting new patients because his SECONDARY insurance was Medicaid. This is disgraceful. What happened to doctors who care about the health of children and aren't just money hungry parasites? Becoming a doctor should be about helping people not "how much money am I gonna make?" These are children we are talking about!! It was his SECONDARY insurance just to cover what his primary, non-medicaid would not cover? Treating children should not be a political statement. Please Boycott these lowlife human beings!

After writing the review below, my next experience changed my mind about this practice. I had a sick visit for a chest cold, waited so long I finally set a time limit that if someone didn't come in the room, I was walking out. I waiting another 10 minutes past that time limit and finally Dr Perez saw me. Anyone who has been here knows that every time you go, a nurse asks about medications and allergies. From day 1 they have had my allergies AND my diagnoses on file. I leave with a promise from them to call in a prescription, get to CVS and at this point very late for work, pay for it and then realize that it's the one medication in my file that I am highly allergic to. This was just the beginning of the fun. I call them back three times upwards of 20 minutes on hold in order to get a second prescription called in. Now suspicious, I call the pharmacy to ask what the drug is. It has a "Black Box Warning" which is the severest of warnings that patients with my diagnosis absolutely should not take this medicine as it can cause a very critical situation and even death. Every time I sign into my health insurance profile, still... months later... I get a big red warning to call my doctor immediately and not to take this prescription. I called back yet again, was asked where I am getting my information, and so on... They called in a third medication eventually, but by this point I had gone to urgent care and gotten a med that was suitable from a doctor I had never seen before who had no files on me. They sent me a bill which was later nullified and fired me from their practice, as if I was interested in going back. This is not healthCARE. This is an overly busy practice with poorly trained staff that doesn't care about the time or health of their patients. I can confidently say that I do not recommend them to anyone, friend or enemy. Previously with 4 stars: I've only seen Dr. Witt once and he was very kind. When I went for the followup, I was there 10 minutes early in spite of just about everything going wrong that morning. I get up to the counter and they tell me my appointment was canceled a month ago. They said I should have received a call AND a letter, both of which seem to have gone astray. I will reschedule, but when making an appointment, I will not take time off specifically for that purpose. I also recommend calling to confirm the appointment beforehand as I will do from now on.

Dr. Witt is great and has been extremely helpful however the staff and wait time here is a disaster. I am suffering from severe migraines that are happening every month and last anywhere from one to four days. I just called to make an appointment and was told they have no openings today (understandable, I knew a same day appointment would be hard to get). I asked if I could schedule next available appointment and was told because they where scheduling out months in advance they would not schedule me an appointment that I need to call back everyday at 8am and see if they could get me in that day or not. Since when did needing medical help become a lottery of who can call the quickest to get in that day?!?

Doctor Perkey told us that my child had fluid in one ear and if he showed signs of an ear infection just call and she would prescribe and antibiotic. Less than 24 hours later I call because my child is digging his finger into that ear and puking which is a symptom in infants and toddlers of ear infection. They wanted me to bring my child in for yet another evaluation less than 24 hours later. This is coupled with the previous treatment in which my child was seen 3 times in one week for the same illness and she refused to address the illness with antibiotics until his mouth was completely green from the bacteria. In the end that illness required a second tier antibiotic due to the delay of first tier antibiotic use.

Twice in a row now they have attempted to give me a shot that was something else than I was told. If i hadn't read the bottle of medicine myself I would have been given the wrong shot EVEN AFTER specifically asking the nurse if the shot she was about to give me was Kelanog(for allergies) and she said "yes." Instead it was an immunization shot for hpv, very dangerous practice. Though Dr. Witt was kind the danger of ignorance of the staff is too risky.

I've been taking my children here for over 2 years and I absolutely love this office. Dr. Perkey is very kind and flexible. She goes above and beyond patient care, calling me from her home on her day off to check on my 3 month old daughter. Dr. Sonny has also been very friendly and professional when I've brought my children to see him on illness visits. I switched to this office due to vaccine issues with my previous pediatrician. I want to vaccinate my children, but I do not want to follow the CDC recommended timeline. I feel uncomfortable with the amount of vaccines given during one visit. Beavercreek Primed let's me spread them out between doctor visits and nurse visits so my children are getting the protection they need and I feel a little more at ease. Receptionists are also very friendly, understanding, and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Witt is really helpful and the staff is overall pleasant. However, the wait to see a doctor for a well visit is over 3 months. At a recent scheduled appointment, I waited 3 hours to see the doctor after my scheduled appointment time. There was no communication about why there was a wait or any ETA of when I may get to see the doctor. Unfortunately, I couldn't reschedule because there was a 3 month wait for a well visit and I had to get a check-up form filled out for insurance company. Would recommend Dr. Witt but the way the office is run is very disappointing. Will be finding a new PCP that has more flexibility in scheduling.

I have the hardest time getting someone on the phone. I will call to schedule an appointment, and be on hold for over 15 minutes. This has happened on more than one occasion. The one time I did get my daughter in for her annual check up, it was great. Unfortunately due to the fact that the front desk is either under staffed or not competent, we will be finding a new primary care doctor.
