My daughter was a patient there for 18 years. In the past year we have had nothing but problems with the office staff. They make appointments and leave them on the maching without us asking for them. Then accuse of of missing them. When we find out they say they next available well child check is 4 months away. During that time we need medication refills that Dr. Thome refuses to submit. Our appointment is 3 days away and they were they ones that wouldn't give us an appointment for 4 months. Totally unprofessional staff and really hurt our feelings after 18 years of care. We dont miss appointments that we actually make. So we decided to find another doctor that cares enough to take the time to find out what the problem really is.

I rarely write reviews (but always read them!) but I was surprised when I googled the phone number for this office to see low reviews. We LOVE PriMed Pediatrics. Our main physician is Dr. Randy Eisenhut but we also see Dr. Cata from time to time. I have found the office staff to be very courteous and wait times minimal. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes even when I was there for a last minute sick child appointment. I have found Dr. Eisenhut to be very knowledgeable, great with my high anxiety baby and toddler, and very balanced in prescribing medication only when really needed. He was also very supportive of breastfeeding despite both my kids having trouble gaining weight initially. I feel a lot less worried when something medical goes wrong with my kids knowing I fully trust Dr. Eisenhut (and Cata) and the care they provide for my children. We have been going here for almost four years.

We have been coming here for years. My boys see Dr. Eisenhut who is fantastic. He's super smart and I have every confidence in his abilities. My girls go to Dr. Klanke. She is very good as well. My girls are very comfortable around her. Nursing staff has always been pleasant. Only annoying thing is being on hold for an appointment but I've never really waited long to be seen at an appointment.

When I went here I didn’t want to wear the gown they said ok you don’t have to wear it then they forced me to wear it. Then I asked for my mom when they had to check my private parts they said sure they didn’t get her. I didn’t put the gown on but hey tried to lift my shirt off without my mom so I ran out. This happened twice. Then I had to fill out a depression paper. I had suicidal thoughts so they talked to me and asked me very uncomfortable and questions. Before that I was ok and after that I started to cry it happened very fast the mood swing the told me to get a psychiatrist it’s their fault for that sudden mood swing.

Don't go here!!! The most unprofessional horrible Dr office on planet!! Receptionist gave me appointment and showed up two times to say she doesn't except care source. Then Rescheduled me for an additional appointment , after one month of them finally accepting my insurance.Showed up they didn't know who I was didn't have me in the computer and said they can't take me because I missed one appointment which My car broke down going to appointment called them as soon as my car broke down and said I couldn't make it in then they said because I missed the one appointment due to an emergency they couldn't take me!!! Heartless people shouldn't be in the medical field period.

My experience up until now was fine. You're always on hold for at least 15 minutes and then on hold again, but that's just how it was. Until my daughter had something other than an ear infection and Thome basically told me I was wrong on my thinking and said it was something else and gave me an antibiotic and sent us on our way. It got worse and they referred us to a specialist and he took one look and confirmed what I thought all along. She now is having to go through surgery, still not angry with practice. The surgeon told me to drop off this form to the pediatrician's office and they would fill it out and they could just fax it to his office. Done. But they called after a couple of days and said they had to see my daughter ( they had just seen her a week ago ). I told them that the other Doctor said that she could just fill it out if she'd been there within the month. So this went on and on and I asked to speak to Dr. Thome ( never happened ) I think they put on Noelle Tucker, the practice manager, which is a joke. The way she talked to me was rude. God forbid we question them about the benefit of an office visit for the patient not the office who just likes to send out bills. No wonder our insurance is so high, this office is why... Look at the big picture Pri Med. I've never question anything until now, and I thought it was ridiculous that they needed to see her again, especially when the Surgeon's office was saying it was silly that they weren't filling it out and ended up telling me to not worry about it, we will take care of it day of surgery. DON'T GO TO THIS PRACTICE Horrible front desk and horrible nurses that you get to talk to after being on hold for 15 minutes, at the least! And the manager should not be in any kind of service industry. After the one time I need questions answered she wrote a letter dismissing my children from the practice. Don't worry Noelle, We were already gone.

I am almost at a loss for how terrible my experience was with this Doctors Office. First off, the manager of the office Noelle (Noel) Tucker is rude and completely awful. The entire front of the office is painfully mis-managed resulting in major hold times (a total of 76 initial minutes), unknowledgeable staff, transfers to the wrong people and just general incompetence. Once I DID finally get through to someone after stopping by their office WHLE on hold (it was faster to drive there than to sit on hold) they were rude, condescending and patronizing over a simple misunderstanding with my insurance. Noel then told me my sick child needed to be seen at Urgent Care before I could get a first visit with Dr. Kranke &^$#!!! and they needed the records from said visit before I could even schedule my first visit...WHAT? Okay, so I take him to Urgent Care and call them back with the information they needed and after another 36 minutes on the phone being transferred to 2 wrong people and then ultimately hung up on - I had to call back and get put back in the 15 minute Q AGAIN. Finally Noel Tucker gets on the phone and says that I have had to many inconsistencies in my "story" and they no longer wanted to see my child as a patient. So...moral of the story is here...Do NOT mention money/insurance here - this seems to be the ONLY thing they actually care about...Do NOT mention being on hold forever, Noel gets mad...Do NOT believe anything they say because they act like they are doing you a favor to even see your child. The other thing I found funny is Noel said the doctor was apprised of how I was being treated...this is absolutely shocking.I think the saving grace for me is, I will find the right doctor for my son (he had a wonderful doctor since birth until we moved to Ohio) and I was saved from ever dealing with these awful people again. I was lucky, I was able to see the true nature of this place before they ever got their hands on my precious child. What a warning =)

I went to the doctor office to become established as a new patient. I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and had high blood pressure while pregnant. My goal of the visit was to set up a plan of care regarding my blood pressure. The nurse or MA took my blood pressure with a cuff too small and got a ridiculously high reading. I voiced my concern that the cuff was too small and the reading was not accurate. She then takes my BP on the other arm but places the cuff on my forearm. Still not an accurate reading. I ask if they have a bigger cuff somewhere in the office. She says yes and leaves. The DR comes in and proceeds to try to hook the larger cuff to the machine but is unable because it is incompatible. He then places the same too small cuff on my arm and gets another high reading. Then he offers to place me on BP medication. How can you place a patient on medication from an inaccurate BP reading. Very unprofessional. That alone makes me not trust that DR Liapase or that practice. He then says Ok well follow up in 4 weeks and we will see what your BP is then. How are they going to accurately know what my BP is when the cuff they have is too small. NOT a plus size friendly practice!! I will not be returning and will steer anyone I know away from them. You can't tell me that the larger cuff doesn't fit on a machine somewhere in the office. Why not take me to that machine and get an accurate reading.

They refused to see me because i showed up 9 mintues late. I had dvt a blood clot came loose that day and i almost died. Will be fililing malpractice claim.

I would have given this practice 5 stars if it was based solely on our Pediatrician Dr Eisenhut and the staff. I also so shocked that the facility does not reflect the care of the physicians that work in it. The walls are chipping and stained and carpet is ripped and shredding. There is very little about the waiting area that would suggest that you would receive quality care here but I assure you, you would. I only wish they would remodel and update the facilities or at least perform some maintenance!

Dr. Eisnhut is the best pediatrician. I'm a total helicopter mom and he really helps me feel like I'm doing a great job. He's always patient with my child who's very stubborn about the doctors office. I'm thankful for the staff who really reached out and did me a crevice when my insurance wasn't working and didn't bill me till it was. They are all wonderful people and my family would have been lost with outnthem

My family has been seeing Dr. Cata for ten years now. She is wonderful, listens to our concerns, and offers referrals when needed. We are always in and out quickly, which is important with three under three.

Office staff was horrible and rude, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the nurse to call me back. Then some lady skinny blonde named brittany who works there let the door shut on me and I tripped. She laughed and just walked away, wouldnt even help me up. The doctor was very rude too and said I was fat. DO NOT GO HERE!
