I highly recommend the Pediatrics of Lima office. Dr. Bajwa has been the primary pediatric doctor for all 4 of my boys, and he is wonderful. My boys love him, which says a lot. He has always been kind and engaging with them, and does a thorough job explaining their health and needs to them, and to myself as their parent. One of my sons is High-Functioning Autistic, and Dr. Bajwa has been a great source of information and encouragement on navigating both home and school accommodations for him. I have always found their office staff to be helpful when I've called with questions or to schedule appointments. I've been taking my kids to this office since 2003 when my first son was born, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else due to the exceptional service I've received here. Thank you Pediatrics of Lima, and Dr. Bajwa for taking such good care of my boys!

Extremly unorganized, rude office staff. My husband and I have enjoyed the doctors we've seen (Byrne and Whitehead) but calling to get in has been a horrible horrible experience. They say their phone lines open at 7:30 but on multiple occasions I've started calling at 7:30 and the lines are off until around 8:00, which makes getting in for an early appointment or scheduling before my job starts, difficult. When voicing these concerns you are interrupted, talked over than ignored by the scheduling staff. After talking to other people they are voicing the exact same concerns (front office staff being rude and not answering phones). Also, my husband was there to drop off paperwork and heard the front staff socializing and bad-mouthing other patients who complain (again, very unprofessional). I'd like to stay here for the doctors but if something isn't done about the front office staff and scheduling, I think we'll be switching doctors offices.

I had been in this practice as a child, and loved Dr Daniels, but unfortunately this practice has greatly gone downhill since Dr Daniels and Dr Wienerman's retirement. We fired Dr Bajwa after the way he handled my son's ADHD. We decided to give Dr McNiel a try when our daughter was born, but after during the time she was receiving her vaccines there she became very ill, eventually getting febrile seizures from her 12 month vaccines. To make a very long story short, the ER misdiagnosed her, McNiel never spoke to us about the possibility of it being a seizure, which was later diagnosed correctly by Bajwa when she had one at their office in front of him. We have had issues Teri Groathouse pressuring us into doing more vaccines, even after our daughter's seizures caused by vaccines, and McNiel never did a VEARS report on the seizures. We have issues with adding charges to the bill for items we did not authorize or ask for, then had to argue to get it removed. And a final straw prompting this review was finding out they never sent our daughter's physical paperwork to her daycare when we specifically went there for the physical as the daycare required it. When the follow up was done by the daycare discovering they never received it, the office staff at Pediatrics of Lima was rude and claimed they would only send one to the daycare if we paid them an additional fee to do so, and this after we paid them for the original appointment to have it done in the first place. I told them I want a call back from the doctor on this matter since the office staff was being uncooperative and rude, only to be given a ton of excuses as to why the doctor would be too busy to call me. I absolutely would not recommend Pediatrics of Lima. Please save yourself a lot of headache and problems, and go elsewhere!

Worst Pediatrics office I've ever taken my kids to. The doctors are extremely incompetent, and the office director won't hold the doctors accountable. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE!!!!!

If I could give 0 (ZERO) stars I would since my son was first born he's been throwing up projectile and they never would do anything to see why so I made them send me to a GI specialist and I changed his dr he's 5months and still cries for hrs straight and throws up

We LOVE Dr. Bajwa and all the staff at Pediatrics of Lima!! Dr. Bajwa’s kindness and energy make my kids laugh every time. I have NEVER been treated rudely by the staff, so I don’t know what that comments all about. Highly recommend.

This pediatric office is an abomination in every sense if the word. From the office staff to the scheduling staff to Dr. Bajwa the care is disgraceful. The scheduling system is unorganized. The office staff spends more time socializing than actually caring for patients. Dr. Bajwa's bedside manner is mediocre at best. He talks down to patients and spends more time discussing care with his "students" than speaking directly to the parents/children. He is chronically late & gives no apologies. Dr. Bajwa is arrogant & lacks the ability to build rapport with his patients & families. I would give them zero stars if able. I am a healthcare provider & this office lacks service excellence on every level. They are lucky to not be evaluated by press ganey. Do yourselves a favor & shop around for a better provider.

I am a single, widowed mother who works full time. Never saw the same Dr twice at the office. After 4 missed appointments (because life happens, especially with an infant) I was terminated from their office. Also, i had to schedule appointments on my own for his vaccinations as they did nothing to schedule his vaccinations. Over all, I'm very pleased that I was let go from this awful practice. I will now find a pediatrician who cares about my son and my busy schedule.

We love Dr.Whitehead! My one year old has saw her since birth and she’s so nice and has such a good bedside manner! All of the office staff here are nice. My son has also seen Dr. bajwa and Dr. Byrnes as well both of which are equally nice and great doctors!

My three children have seen Dr. Bajwa since birth and we have so much respect and trust in him. Our children have presented a wide variety of health concerns and ongoing issues and he genuinely has their best interests in mind. He does not order unnecessary tests, is very knowledgeable and scientific, with an obvious passion for his work. We've never felt rushed or belittled for our concerns, and he is always positive and complementary. All physicians in his office are respectable, but Dr. Bajwa remains our family's favorite. I'm confident my children are in the best hands!

I've been taking my kids here for three years now and everything has been great. The office staff is very helpful if I call with questions or to reschedule an appointment. We usually wait in the waiting room for less than ten minutes. Our primary doctor is Dr. Bajwa and the kids love him. He's over the top goofy with them and they think it's great. I also like that he's willing to explain things if I have questions.

Really disappointed in the quality of care. We stayed with this practice as long as we could stand it because we once loved it. But when my child becomes a number and I'm told "we dont have time to see your sick child today, so just take him to the ER if his symptoms get worse" then I need to find a practice that is based on common sense and individual care and not corporate scripts. This is not what a pediatric office should be.

We have been going to Pediatrics of Lima for six years because they are professional, always friendly, courteous, and seek the best for our kids. Our four children love the nurses and doctors. I don't think there is a better pediatrics group in Lima.

Pediatrics of Lima and Dr. Bajwa have provided my children with excellent care for the last 13 years. When my youngest son was born with a rare complex medical condition, I was impressed with how well Dr. Bajwa educated himself about the condition, asked questions and listened to my concerns. He and the office staff continue to be excellent advocates who accurately treat and address my children's common illnesses and more complex medical needs. I would highly recommend Pediatrics of Lima and Dr. Bajwa.

We love the staff at Pediatrics of Lima. Our primary doctor is Dr. Bajwa and our four children adore him. He has taken care of them since birth. The other doctors and nurses are wonderful too. If your child is sick and needs to be seen, the staff will do everything they can to make certain your child has an appointment that day. The nurses are also great about taking calls and passing on advice from the doctors. I truly appreciate the patience and attention our children receive at this office.
