This is the most unprofessional group of misfits in the medical field. I’ve had three kids at this location since birth. Over the last year they have completely screwed up every thing loosing his shot records , medication records they Mysteriously disappeared . My son has been with out his medication now that they’ve prescribed to him for the last 6 years . Constantly messing up his scripts and blame pharmacies insurance when it’s clearly there fault. If you value your child’s health care do not subject them to these sub standard practices.

"About the """"Receptionist""""""( Ms.Marquita) This woman has been nothing short of a blessing every single time I come in with my kids! She never knows when I am arriving, she never knows what kind of day I have had but she always has greeted me with a smile. Today I came in for paperwork and my kids left with all kinds of snacks and laughter due to her going out of her way. This woman needs a raise because this is the person you want to represent the Cincinnati PPC. Guest experience starts at the door! Thank you Ms. marquita you are such a blessing!!!!
