I can’t say enough good things about this practice. All of the doctors are so caring and thorough. The nurses and the reception staff are excellent and so kind. There is nothing worse when your child is sick and the kindness and willingness the staff shows to help them is such a relief as a parent. The staff also works closely with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital which is a top rated hospital in the country. Overall excellent care by a caring staff. The best in Clermont County.

I love, love ,love the office in Batavia!! The staff is always friendly and so caring. I have a very active 3yr old who is all over the place. They will stop what they are doing and help me get him settled down for his visit. Most get upset, but these professionals helped with a smile and said no problem. Dr. Kroger is awesome!! So helpful and takes on others to help you get what you need for your child!! I wouldn't go anywhere else, but the Batavia office!!

We have seen Dr. Lauren Huff exclusively for the last year and a half. She is great with my son and is also so encouraging to new parents who are constantly questioning themselves. We have never waited more than a few minutes to be called back to a room. Very pleased we chose this practice.

I had a child that was running a fever on a Friday night around 4:30 p.m. and I called the pediatric associate of Mount Carmel news able to see me by 6:15 she was very sick throwing up headache and they took her right in let her lay down they checked her over and felt she needed to go to children's emergency roomI thought that was great that they knew they could not get her out of pain or fix her issue instead of messing around trying things they just sent us on down to have testing done to the hospital I reach out and give a

I absolutely love PAMC. I can't imagine taking my children anywhere else. Great office hours, friendly staff, amazing Doctors who actually know their patients and care. I never have a problem getting in for a sick visit. My girls are always treated with care and respect. Their PCP knows them, he doesn't have to dig around in their chart to remember who they are.

I love the pediatricians in this practice and I especially love this location because it is easy to get in and out of and they use two nurses if they are going to be doing two shots which is a lot better than one stick and another stick right after by the same nurse. I also love that they have evening and weekend hours to make it easier to get in when something comes up.
