Do not seek medical help here! My girlfriend has degenerative disk disease. She came home in tears. She was told she was just fat and needed to go to the gym! She has been in tears from the pain for over a week now. I will be taking off work to go with her from now on. RIDICULOUS!!!

Doctor Bernacki is awesome! He always takes the time to answer all of your questions. He fixed my broken foot and has really helped me with a couple other issues. I would definitely recommend this practice.

All of the front end staff was very friendly. Along with the nurses. Went to see Dr. Burkett for knee pain and was only told "I don't know what is wrong with you. So I don't know what to tell you" no tests or anything.

Horrible. Office staff somewhat friendly but over all an attitude from all. Left me on hold twice over 10 minutes each time when I tried to set up the appt. The dr we saw was arrogant. Had the flu and would not shake hands because of it. Left the the room for us to discuss our options and never came back. And we are self-pay. I can tell the overall attitude was because of that. We will seek another opinion.

I would never, ever read recommended this doctor to anyone. He was very rude and he was so quick to run out of my room that I left his office with more doubt and confusion than when I went in! He was terrible!

A little mix up at first. My appointment was at 7:30 and I arrived at 7:15 and the doors were locked. I thought I was at the wrong place and went next door to check, but then you opened. Every thing went A+ with my testing procedure. Dave was very courteous and attentive. Thank you.

My Dr. Alex T was very nice and caring. Had a procedure done on my knee and was very pleased with the staff and him. No problems as of yet but I am only 1 week out from surgery so we will see.

I have had three surgeries done. I got in to my doctor quickly and after my examination, all options were discussed. Once I decided on surgery, it was scheduled and approved. With the anesthesiologist they use and their nerve blocks, I went home with no pain. Follow ups, and therapy went great. Have had great results from all three surgeries. Staff are very helpfull and nice to work with. Thanks Dr Bernacki and staff and therapist Dr Kirk.

My wife made me this appointment because I have 6 herniated discs in my back, 3 of which have annular tears that poke into the dural sack of my spinal cord and I was in a lot of pain. They claim to have 3 spine surgeons on staff. They took a couple of x-rays, which I didn't need because I had 2 recent MRI disks with me. The doctor came in (spine surgeon) and told me he doesn't do spine surgery and said he would give me a referral to a spine surgeon who actually does surgery. He didn't answer any of my questions and left in under 3 minutes. I told them I was in a lot of pain, which is why I was there and they told me they don't prescribe narcotics, so they didn't do ANYTHING AT ALL. I had to go to urgent care and see an actual doctor. Total waste of time and money. One nurse was also rude to me, which wasn't appreciated.

Ian and his team are great at physical therapy, and the location was next to where I work, which made the commute easy. Dr. Weisterheide is very understanding and explains healing well. Only drawback was that after my anthroscopic surgery last year, my arm popped back out afterwards this past February after only stretching (not doing anything particularly intense). If you live in Licking County and need physical therapy or orthopedic medical care, it's a great place to go (for young and old)!

Went very well... My knee was pretty messed up, and after my knee replacement, I'm now able to do the things I want to do, without pain and limping. I'd wait an hour or so. But didn't have to. Thank you guys for giving back my ability to continue doing the things, I wasn't able !

Dr Tancevski and Staff are great! No waiting to be seen! Prescription sent to pharmacy immediately and ready for pick up when you get there. Doctor explains your diagnosis throughly and treatment plan and takes his time answering any questions you have.

3 HOUR WAIT TO SEE HIM. WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT MY DIAGNOSIS HE TOLD ME TO GOOGLE IT. HOW RUDE! WHY PAY HIM $200.00 FOR 5 MINUTES OF HIS TIME AND THEN BE TOLD, TO GOOGLE IT. NEVER AGAIN. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PERSON TO ANYONE. HIS STAFF WAS OK! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD A ISSUE WITH ANY LMH STAFF.

Absolutely horrible, 1 hr wait for a 10 minute appointment! We came in with X-rays and the report, dr told us to tape 2 fingers together for 2 weeks! I received a bill for $1200 when they didn't do anything! They said $300 for office visit and $900 for physicians care fees? Wth? Unacceptable!
