This place is not helpful at all. My son got his vaccinations from this place in 2016 and I called them today to fill up a document for his vaccination records. The lady there was rude and said we will not help you. Hospital dont keep any records of patient once we release them. Means they help till they get PAID... well thats attitude of some C grade store. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE....

I have been going here for over 4 years and both my 4 yr old daughter and 2 yr old son see Dr. Domineco (Pietropaolo). He is amazing, fantastic with parents and with the kids! Avoid Ohio Center for Pediatrics, Dublin office unless you want your child to experience third world care. All the Pediatricans are uninterested and don't do basic checks as needed and the worst part is they do not want to spend more than a minute with your kid as if its a race to the finish. But the worst part is the front office which is a nightmare to deal with. I do not understand all the 5 star reviews, either they are bought or the front office is taking turns pumping the review. The entire front office looks like the cast from Nails. The women who work at the desk are beyond rude. Then we had an incident that pushed me over the edge. My son came down with a fever one weekend. I called the office when it opened on Saturday morning for an appointment, and they told me (fever) its normal do not come in. Over the course of the morning my son started getting worse. He was not eating or drinking anything and we could not bring his fever down. I called them back to say she was getting worse. I was told we had to wait for the appointment. Desperate, I went into the office to see if we could talk to a nurse about what to do. We were quite literally kicked out of the door. I am very glad that at that point, I made the decision to go to the emergency room because as it turned out, it truly was an emergency (my insurance charges for ER visits that are not deemed emergencies). I am upset that they offered no advise or alternatives and showed zero compassion. We have since found a new practice that we really like. I can't recommend Ohio Center for Pediatrics, Dublin to anyone. Beware! The front office is a NIGHTMARE and the doctors are least interested.

I am a mother of a 4 month old baby, and we started visiting this clinic since she was weeks old. Our daughter's doctor is really nice. She's very kind and caring. That's the only reason why we visit the clinic. The front desk is really a nightmare. These ladies are really rude and hard to deal with. I had an appointment with my doctor today, and I was only a couple of minutes late (before we head out my baby decided to poop all over her. That's what made me late for the appointment). The lady in the front desk was really rude to me because I was late. I tried to explain her what happened, but she didn't want to hear what I have to say. She was acting like I was hours late for my appointment. This is a children's clinic, so the staff should be kind and polite. And I expect a warm welcome not a rude attitude. I'm really disappoint the way they treat the parents.

This practice is a mixed bag. We have had a range of experiences, ranging from excellent to poor. De. Blazer was a breath of fresh air. We were ready to leave the practice but we’re goi g to use them one last time for a routine physical. Thanks to her, we remain patients but limit our visits to only a few of the physicians.

We absolutely love all the doctors at Ohio Center for Pediatrics! The care and professionalism is clear and genuine. Dr. Blazer, Dr. Cass and Dr. Sahai we see the most of and absolutely love seeing no matter the occasion. Kasey also is a wonderful nurse there! Keep up the great work! We drive 45 minutes to continue our care here.

The staff is very unpleasant and the nurses never give notes back to the drs. The drs are great!!! BUT you have to get through the nurses inorder to see the drs . I have also had the nurses tell me something and then when I ask the drs they have told me they never got the note that a called. This has caused two emergency room visits for my daughter. Obviously we will be finding a new office .

Ohio center for pediatrics is AMAZING! I've been coming to the practice with all four of my children for over 15 years. They have been with us through many ups and downs with one of my twins and have gone over and above to make us feel cared for. One of my twins was in and out of children's hospital for over a month and the doctors keep right up with everything and connected with the staff at Children's Hospital through it all. I felt very at ease and felt like they really cared about finding out what was wrong. I truly felt like we were in the best hands. We have seen nearly EVERY doctor at this practice and each and every one has been wonderful. I'm very upset to see a few of these poor reviews! I feel there must be a lot of misunderstanding as I have never had any such experience there and I've obviously been there a lot over a long period of time. I have always had my questions answered, I've always been made to feel like proper time was spent on my children and have never felt rushed there. The front desk staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I have recommended Ohio Center for Pediatrics to many friends and found them all to be pleased with their experiences there. We love Ohio Center for Pediatrics!

All this time, I feel that she truly cares about the general well being of my child, not just as a patient but as a growing human being. I would like to start by saying I pay your employer for individualized medical care, not the blanket generalized standard that is to be used as a starting point on a patient by patient basis. My son does not respond well to steroids and has already had 2 doses prior to see you at only 9 months old. This is a lot and should be taking into consideration. You however refused to consider any of this and used some lame excuse why you couldn’t even though there are countless studies on pub med that show effectiveness of the lower dose. You gave an ultimatum of either over medicating my child or providing no care at all. What’s just as bad is that you then went on to say how you are the one who has a degree therefore you are right…..seriously? Even if you were right, which you clearly weren’t (at least not right with regards to what’s best for my child, which is literally your job) when has “I’m right because I’m a doctor” ever persuaded a patient? I didn’t go to some second rate medical school but even I know that never accomplishes anything. Which brings us to the fact that you went to some school in the rust belt of Ohio that no one has heard of, lets not act like you graduated top of your class from Johns Hopkins or something. We are paying for advice from an expert in the medical field, not to cater to someone’s frail ego when they are questioned about a treatment course. Luckily we know pediatric doctor friends (unfortunately they are specialist and cant be our primary general practitioners) who provided us useful medical advice, which was not to over medicate our child. Advising since we already made it through the first night which is the worst that we can ride it out and worst case go to the emergency room if it starts getting to bad. It turns out that other doctors who have medical degrees disagree with you, shocking, I know. Although this was a horrible experience for our family and you literally did nothing to help us, we are fortunate enough to know good doctors who we can reach out to for advice. I feel bad for all of your future patients who are not so lucky. Stay away from my family!

My name is Alicia Donatone and we see Dr. Blazer at Ohio Center for Pediatrics. She has been the absolute best doctor. She spends plenty of time with our daughter and really pays attention to symptoms to make the best diagnosis possible. We've never had a problem getting a sick visit and the on-call nurses have been great as well. We have been seeing her since moving to the area in 2016. When we have seen other doctors at the practice for sick visits same day (as long as you don't wait until 3 or 4pm to call then it will be next day) they also have given excellent care. We have on two occasions in two years had to go to urgent care or the off site office for care, but this was during flu season when all doctors offices are overburdened, which is par for the course. The front desk is busy and not super chit chatty, but I care more about how they pay attention to their job than making small talk, and there has never been any issues. I feel some of these reviews must have mistaken this drs. office for another one, as we have had only excellent care.

My kid got fever for 6 days and they insisted we should just give her fever relief medicine. All they said is it’s flu season, so it must be one of those things. They refused to do any lab work for further diagnosis. Eventually, the fever was out of control one night and we had to bring her to ER. ER doctor found ear infection and some virus in her mouth. If you use them just get your vaccine, they should be doing an ok job. But anything requires other skills and efforts, maybe not.

I’ve been taking my i’ve been taking my Son who is three years old now to see Dr. Mary Beth Cass and no my daughter goes there to air very professional very helpful doctors they’re really care your last visit my daughter had the hydration and they refer this is emergency room doctor actually called us back followed up with us at the end of her shift and they followed with us the next day You can feel safe that they will provide the Outmost service to your family

Best practice on the planet. Literally. I lived on 3 continents. Had to move to NC, but will miss Doctor D. forever. My son loved going to the doctor. The staff is very helpful and understanding. Very clean and never had to wait. So sad we have to see a different doctor.
