Nice physician, office staff wasn’t very professional. Here’s the rundown, I had a mole biopsy down which the office sent out to a separate facility. I ended up getting a bill from the other facility and I foolishly paid the bill without questioning the office. After explaining the bill to the office manager she informed me it should have been covered (100 bucks) by my insurance. Long story short after giving a copy of the bill and explaining it to the office staff and manager several times they never followed up on helping me get my money back. They also increased their copay when Molenda left Promedica Health system and didn’t inform me when I paid at the office (I wrote for my normal copay after a visit) so then they called to collect 10 extra dollars several months later. Not impressed by the lack of attention to details.
