Dr Murphy was absolutely amazing-she thoroughly listened to my concerns and responded with genuine care and solutions. The facility is very nice, clean, and new! My only complaint was the nurse/tech who got ally vitals and information. She kept interrupting me, I had to repeat myself several times, she seemed thoroughly “put out” that I had several issues/meds that she had to review, and I didn’t get the feeling that she cared at all. Perhaps she was new and struggling to balance the electronic records and active listening, but it dampened my experience.

I am self pay and have been always and this practice now won't give me care because the $100 a month I've been sending isn't enough. The tests I needed today would of cost 240 dollars which I was willing to pay but I'd still have a balance so unless I paid my full balance off they wouldn't give me care!? Nurse was rude and told me this isn't a free clinic... wow. Ive been going to this practice since I was a little child. All the old doctors are gone and the new ones only care about money and making sure they get it. I have never been so humiliated in my life. My balance is about $600 dollars and I paid $100 at time of visit and would of paid the $240 for the test right there but they still refused to give me the test. Do no harm isn't a thing anymore.

Changed doctor's several years ago after my doctor just up and disappeared from his practice. Look around and read a number of reviews. Gave Dr Ann a try and it ended up being the best thing I've done. Dr Ann easily communicates any issues and provides easy solutions. Very easy to talk to about any issues and doesn't rush you. All the staff are off the charts about providing great care.

I’ve tried 3-4 different doctors over the years and I’m very happy with the Family Practice of Westerville. Dr. Buechel listens to what I have to say, quickly checks you out, gives you possible solutions/treatments, and you’re able to leave. Also, I’ve never had to wait very long after my appointment time. A lot of Dr.s I had in the past would run very late or they would take you back to an exam room and have you wait a very long time before the Dr came in. Family Practice of Westerville respects my time and I appreciate that.

The doctors did not work with my insurance provider, insisted on blood work / labs that were not covered by my insurance, and required me to book a follow up appointment to discuss the issue I originally wanted treated. At the end of that second appointment, I was told there was nothing to be done except make an appointment with a specialist for surgical options, or continue using OTC ibuprofen for pain as needed. No middle ground at all. Oh, and I have received bills totaling $330.35 for lab work that I was told was "standard for new patients". Apparently not.

I’ve only ever had two appointments with her, but she is always so genuine and happy, and she listens really well to any concerns you have about your health. It seems like she’s pretty popular, that’s the only draw back. The other doctors are good too, but I’d much rather see Dr. Garcellano.

I feel like she genuinely cares about my health, and makes good recommendations, but doesn't make me feel too terrible about my bad life habits and overall not-so-fantastic health. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Calland herself were nothing short of polite, attentive, helpful, and friendly. I had to have immunization records for my upcoming grad school program and the office was able to work with me to complete the paperwork- no easy feat since my pediatric records are long gone! Dr. Calland have me great advice on what I needed to have done during the visit and also have me quick referrals for some specialists I asked about. It was overall a smooth, easy and enjoyable process... Not something I say often when a trip to the doctors office is involved!

Stay far away. During a routine physical, which should have been covered 100% by insurance, this practice ran unauthorized lab chemistry tests. To our surprise, we received a bill and the doctor's office told us we had to pay. When I disputed the bill, both my wife and I were kicked out of the practice. The lovely billing lady immediately got defensive and began yelling at me on the phone all due to the fact that she billed the code wrong to start with. She apparently empowered herself to remove us from the practice as well. I strongly recommend finding another trustworthy office that wont surprise you with medical bills.
