My first appointment was ok. I was a little concerned that there were no purell bottles anywhere, and that Dr. Anderson never once washed her hands (even though she palpated my thyroid after typing on her laptop). My second appointment I arrived 15 minutes early, and ended up sitting in the waiting room for an hour before I finally just left. It's ridiculous to leave a patient waiting so long, especially considering the people getting called back to see the doctor still hadn't come out. (45 minutes, and the first one that got called back was STILL BACK THERE.) I just can't commit to a doctor that leaves me waiting in the waiting room for over an hour just to keep me back in the exam room for over 45 minutes. To top it off, my appointment involved blood work for which I had fasted. Nothing worse than waiting over an hour with your stomach growling to end up just going home without accomplishing anything. Seriously disappointed, and I will not be returning.

I was referred to Dr Bernadette Anderson by a friend and I'm so glad I've found her! She listens and doesn't just rush you off the room, like I've been in the past by other doctors. My first visit I've felt like I've known her forever! She's awesome!

I was referred to Dr. Anderson by someone who spoke very highly of her, so I scheduled a new patient appointment. When it was time for my new patient appointment, I had the flu and overslept by an hour and missed my appointment. I immediately called the office to see if I can reschedule, but I had to leave a voicemail. No one ever contacted me back, so I tried to call again a few days later and was told Dr. Anderson will not see me. I understand there are policies & guidelines that must be followed, but I feel a little compassion should have been given due to the fact i was sick and things do happen and I contacted the office immediately to try to reschedule. I can see if I was a repeat offender who didn't show to appointments. The staff member who I spoke with was rude & kept trying to over talk me when I was trying to explain why I missed my appointment.

Dr. Bernadette takes quality time with each patient and does not rush to ascribe prescriptions without very careful thought and consideration to all factors pertaining to her patient’s well being. I wouldn’t want my life’s care in anyone else’s hands.

I went in for what I thought was my scheduled appointment only to be told I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist found a way to fit me in and I was seen and on my way home in an hour! The staff is friendly and talking to Dr. Anderson is like talking to my wise aunt.

Dr. Anderson is absolutely amazing. From the intake, the info, the discussion, the diligence in reviewing my medical history, detailed medical suggestions -very thorough. The office staff is just as superb. Dr. Anderson never is rushed. She takes the time to listen to each worry/issue and I always feel very confident in her professional decision.
