I have had a very positive experience at this physician’s office. The front desk staff are friendly and kind. The waiting room area is very comfortable and has plenty of reading material available. Dr. Williams is a great physician and has a great bedside manner. His personality conveys genuine concern for his patients along with great pride in his profession. He does a wonderful job of educating his patients on lab levels, healthy lifestyle changes and encourages work-life balance. Would definitely recommend to others!

It's really a shame because I liked the doctors here. But the office staff is incredibly rude, nasty, and completely unhelpful. The office policies for rescheduling appointments and assessing fees for rescheduling appointments are ludicrous and the wait times are out of control. Could not more strongly recommend going elsewhere, which is again a shame because I don't think the doctors contribute to the toxic and awful nature of this office.

Dr Williams is phenomenal. I had not to a Dr in 15 years. I had to go because I was having physical issues. He spent time with me to explain the scenario. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a primary care physician.

I see Dr. Zayn Copeland at another location. I am very pleased with her and WAS interested in becoming a new patient of hers at this location. I called to leave a message for Dr. Copeland and the person who answered the phone was THE RUDEST person I have talked to in a while. She gave me such a bad experience I am now reconsidering ever visiting or becoming a new patient at this location!!! She continuously cut me off. She over talked me. She cut me off so many times I just said never mind. It was exhausting!!! She said her name was Shantae. I may not have spelled it correctly. She gave me THE WORST FIRST IMPRESSION EVER. As I type this review, I am SMH... I don’t think I want to deal with her if I needed to visit the Dr or schedule an appointment. Too bad she is the first person to talk to because Dr. Copeland is the BEST! She is very thorough, articulate, patient & informative! I definitely recommend her as a Primary Care Physician but to have to go through Shantae to set an appointment or leave a message or signing in for a visit, due to her rudeness & quick talking & cutting you off in mid sentence...I would think long & hard...& consider attempting to see Dr. Copeland at another location, which I THANKFULLY am currently able to do. The only drawback is to become her patient I have to come to this location...UGH

Dr Blair has been my physician for going on 13 years now. She does a great job, helping me understand what I need to do to improve my health and keep on the path to health. Choosing the right medicine is very important to me with my disease and her working in partnership with my specialist is wonderful. Her nurse practitioner Stepherson is also a great resource for monthly visits and shots I need. When I have an emergency I just call the office and if they can’t get me in the same day center in Westerville can. The same day center can do anything from pneumonia to x-rays and it just costs my copay on my insurance. Way better than sitting in the ER and a heck of a lot cheaper! COPC is great from top to bottom! I would recommend them to anyone, ALL of the staff are friendly, thoughtful, professional and resourceful.

I'm really kind of hurt and upset about my last experience there. I come in and state what I need to be treated for and never received treatment for what I ask for. This has mainly the only facility I have ever utilized for my medical issues. I received medications for everything else and nothing to treat the symptoms for my visit. Gave me the impression this just about money not my issues

If I have a health problem with anything, Dr. Blair and Ms. Stepheson will treat you or if you need to be referred for X-ray, Echocardiogram or therapy they will referr you so that you can get the best possible care you need. She is a very good doctor very through. Very caring. I have had an issue I’ve been dealing with for a long time. I told other doctors but, the issue was brushed off. She didn’t waste any time to get the test ordered that I need to find out what’s wrong with me.

This place has to be one of the worst health care clinics I have visited. Long waits, rude aides, very inflexible scheduling. I have had better service at Walgreens walk-in clinic then at this place. Unless your only alternative is to go to the free clinic, I would take my money and go elsewhere.
