Dr. Balazs “examined” me from across the room. Prescribed something for my rash that did nothing to alleviate it. Went to Dr. Samia Borchers on Far Hills Avenue two weeks later and she actually examined the skin condition and diagnosed correctly. Skin problem was gone within a week. Other than the terrible physician rapport Dr. Balazs had, the office was noisy. Terrible experience there.

Everytime I was there, I had to wait and wait and wait. I only saw Dr Balazs once and would not see her ever again. She was one of the most unfriendly and rude doctors I have ever encountered. I did see another person in the practice though, and followed her when she left to open her own practice. Then when I wanted my records from there( which should be MY records!) I was told I would have to pay something like $8 a page! Never mind. Keep them! Hopefully they burned my records because they had no rights to them as far as I was concerned. I would never recommend this practice.

We have been going to Dr. Balazs for years and will never go anywhere else. She has found numerous skin cancers on my husband, including one melanoma, that we didn't think looked suspicious at all. We - and our children - will continue to get our annual skin scans from Dr Balazs. Not only is she excellent at what she does, she has a great "bedside" manner.

My appointment with Dr. Balazs was very disappointing. In the first place, the office staff lost track of me and threw out my sign-in information, so after about 30 minutes I had to start over. In the second place, Dr. Balazs brought 2 associates in with her to the exam room and talked almost exclusively to them instead of talking to me. I still don't know what my diagnosis was and I went away with no written information or instructions about what to do for my skin condition.

Dr .Balazs....understanding,nice, friendly,direct, professional ( really liked her) however alot of her staff... unorganized and unprofessional...is she aware of her staff?? Her staff is a reflection of her...in a professional setting YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR TEAM!!! I called 4 days in a row ,waiting on a call back so I could start my medication, that her staff " forgot" to call into my insurance for authorization, I explained every day it was time sensitive through ipledge program ..whice now I have to pay yet another 30.00 copay because the 5 day window is over!! I really appreciated when the staff tried to lie and say it was my insurance, when I told her I called the insurance and the Dr office never sent in the authorization...the medical assistant then said I was right and they must have forgotten!.. I've call every single day! So thank you " team" for the run around, lies, unprofessionalism, inaccurate information, and most importantly my time I've had to take off from work to do 2 different fasting for blood work,3 co pays ,and a loss of pay from my job!! I was the very 1st appointment of the day, yet I STILL waited over and hour to be seen. Ridiculous. I could hear the staff talking and laughing in the receptionist area the entire time. Very unprofessional.
