Horribly rude staff, won't speak for all doctors but the one I seen never listened and the answer to everything was up the medication. Got to the point it made me sicker. Got a new doctor (non Adena ) and doing better. Wouldn't go back even as a last resort.

Very frustrated! My wife and kids are patients here and have gone through with the well visits and everything. But now a couple months later when they are sick I can't book them an appointment. I explained that I wasn't a patient there yet and went to a walk in/urgent care and that I found out I had influenza that progressed into bronchitis/pneumonia and that since we have 5 month old twins we wanted to make sure nobody else had what I have. I said we have all had symptoms/are sick and would like to get checked by our dr. if possible. The receptionist said we don’t do that here. I said that’s frustrating that we can’t come to our own dr when we are sick. She said I know honey, I agree. Then I told her I had been thinking about switching the kids to a pediatrician since we have 4 Kids and I asked if they would check them out and she said she didn’t know but probably not. And that we should go to urgent care. So I called the pediatrician office and they scheduled appointments for the twins the next day. We will be switching to a doctor's office which is capable of diagnosing sick children.
