I spoke with receptionist on two differnt Occasion to make sure there wasn't any Misscommunications for my up coming appointment they said they noted it in my file but when I got to my appointment my doctor had no clue. I had to make a whole different appointment for the reason why I went in the first place, not only was it a waste of time it was a waste of money. And coast more in the end This is a reacourring issue Not only with the front end but With the nurses and doctors. Communication with the patients.

Always had great service here, till I met this rasict guy in the waiting room. Making disrespectful and rude comments about Native Americans while we sat in the waiting room, clearly the receptionist could hear him.. And yet not one single thing was done to shut this guy up, of course I was gonna stand my ground for my people but you would think in a good work environment somebody would have done their job when hateful act was done in their waiting room? Or if disrespectful comments were made by any other race towards a white person, than just maybe somebody would have done something..

Not only is the staff rude, they are also incapable of doing their jobs apparently. No one would help me for what I went in for and was told to go else where, as everyone stood there and stared at me like I was an idiot. Some community clinic you are.

I’ve never had a problem with any of the providers here. They’re all very nice. I especially like Dr Tolman because he is very thorough. Shelly D in the lab is such a sweetheart! The receptionists are very kind and polite. I recommend Trinity Health Williston ND

Stop answering the phone at 4:45???? EDIT.. JUNE 12,2019 Once again I've called and called and nobody answered the phone . Your getting bad reviews because of reception. My doctor is doctor Nardozzi and we love her.. The receptionist not so much.. there great to your face but they don't answer the damn phone hardly ever..

As I was checking in on the second floor an elderly man was waiting his turn. Mind you there are no signs as to where to wait or seats or numbers to take to get in line. He was clearly having a hard time standing and told them he needed to sit. He was told no he needed to wait in "line" or no one would know he was trying to check in. He said I just told you and proceeded to hobble to a seat. As I was going back for my appt one of the ladies at the desk said ill help who is next and another girl told her about the elderly gentleman and she proceeded to say out loud in front of the whole office she refuses to help him because he didn't stand in a line that doesn't even exist. I spoke up..no one cares. Forward to today. I had lab work done and I was told I could have the results on their portal yesterday. When I try to see them it says pending...which at other places means the Dr has to approve releasing...I was transferred 6 times told to call their IT dept and hung up on once. Someone from Dr Nardozzis office did call and say your tests are fine and I said great but I'm just trying to see the results. She said its an IT problem and hung uo on me. Then I get a call from IT dept saying I had complained but that wasn't their job...LOL this place is a joke

5+ Minute wait to just talk to someone on the phone. Called everyday this week to check for cancellations, Averaged 5+ minutes to talk to someone. Not sure if it's poor work ethic from receptionist's, or purely Management's complete lack of motivation to fix a "basic" requirement of doing business, im leaning more towards management. I hope this review is sent up the chain, and lands on someone's desk who "cares". Whoever is managing this location is doing a piss poor job, and not doing justice to the people they are serving. 1+ week to see a doctor, wont call you back if there's a cancellation, 5+ minute wait when you call in. Cant wait for the new walk-in clinic they are building next door, so I dont have to use trinity. (hopefully it's not theirs). I would go to CHI, but Trinity is the lesser of two evil's. Management, Please re-evaluate your business practices. You are failing as of today.

Very good doctors - very poor receptionists. Had an appointment at 8am Door signs say open at 8am so waited from 7:40 and entered at 8:00. Wad yold 5o go to second floor when wad there

I have had great experience here at trinity with only a select few doctors. My son has been taken in for the past year for the same thing, bouts of diareah, and the doctor he has seen every time for this issue is evvone hickock. (His primary doctor Nordozzi wasn't in when he needed to be checked out.) Hickock never would help solve or even try to find the issue of why he was being brought in. All she would tell me is "put him on the BRAT diet and put Vaseline on his sore bum." My son was in last week and seen cammie, and she seen how many times he has been brought in for the issue, and finally did Something about it and ordered a stool sample. Finding out he has had a bacteria infection from something that he has eaten or drank that was untreated. And put on an antibiotic to treat it. Problem solved. For one year this doctor refused to do anything to find out what was the ongoing issue of why this was happening. My son would not have had to go thru all the pain and discomfort if hickock would have actually taken the time to try and find the issue, something as simple as a stool sample. I must say, hickock is the worst doctor I have taken my son too. And I do not recommend her. Cammie and nordozzi are amazing doctors at trinity health.
