I used to think very highly of sanford. But lately i feel my care has taken a back seat. I wxplain to my dr plead for help and am told they wont do anything or go to er and see of they will help. I have chronic pancreatitis i would think my primary dr would help. Also i have never had to call specialists and set up appointments myself. I thought the clinic or dr did that. I dont know what to say i used to love it but now it seems like they coulr care less how i am feeling.

Im giving 3 stars because the expiernce I had while I was living in North Dakota was great, this was the clinic I went to when I was pregnant, as well as my son after he was born. But I moved out of state and just called in for my sons shot records and the first lady I spoke to was very nice, but I didn’t have the right line so she transferred me to the Medical Records and the lady I was talking to then wasn’t exactly rude but she wasn’t very welcoming either. She didn’t seem very “in to it” today. I was still nice and told her to have a wonderful day after our conversation, hoping it would make her day a little bit more better at least.

My father suffered severe head pain which he described like being hit in the head with a board. When taken for medical assistance immediately afterward, he was sent home to get rest. The following day he experienced difficulty walking and returned for medical assistance. They issued a walker and sent him home. On the 3rd morning he deteriorated to the point of having to crawl from the bed to the bathroom. On this visit, there was a visiting doctor from another State. She immediately admitted him to the hospital for having suffered a STROKE 3 days earlier.

Doctors (I.e MDs and ODs) are usually pretty good service providers—some of the NPs seem either new or just incompetent and serve as fill-ins because they can’t convince enough doctors to move to the area for work. The front desk staff in the walk in clinic seem to all be super rude females that feel they’ve above everyone else “because they work in healthcare”—and they all have a nasty habit of wearing their name tags backwards so you can’t tell who they are if you need to report their behavior to the hospital administrators. Nursing staff is 50/50, depending on the day and what side of the bed they woke up on. Half are awesome and half seem to just be there to collect a paycheck...and they give zero effs about patient care. Overall, not impressed with the customer service part of this facility, but the doctor care is some of the best.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Staff was rude and disrespectful and when I asked someone (appeared to be janitor) he just straight up ignored me. Will NEVER be going back to that clinic again.

I was sick from an Airborne Allergen,104 Temp,Shakes & Lung Congedtion. I called 911 from a Ranch in Medira to find out my options in case I got sicker. 911 sent an Ambulance ,against my will,then when I proved could still drive,caaledcthe Highway Patrol to pull me over.They made me wait until an Ambulance arrived,medics were VERY STUPID. I arrived at the Dickinson Hospital,where I was offered an Asprin for $56.I complained again ,stating my illiness,then Hospital staff posted an armed guard outside my door to keep me from leaving.The attending Physician had to wisper to me,I the staff couldn't hear.10 pm,Taxis had quit running,released me into -20deg Night cold,30 miles from my New Vehicle,left on the Highway. I got lucky,found a Motel room

My experience with the clinic has been great...the only negative I can say which is why 4 and not 5 stars is that it takes forever when making appointments and when you are sick you cant always wait for a week or two to get into your preferred doctor...but the doctor I have is Dr Zimmerman and he is amazing. I have some medical knowledge and I have gone through worthless doctors over the years who give wrong advice and diagnoses, so am very leery with new doctors and he has been our family doctor for years now...and never had an issue always walk away happy with the care...and the nurses and front desk is also very polite and professional...the surgery center is above amazing I have been in other ones over the years and I would even say they are better than Bismarck surgery centers. The walk in clinic sometimes has too long of waiting which is why ive never stuck around to wait so I cant leave a review besides that on the walk in part....overall I am pleased with the Sanford health clinics and surgery center besides the appointment making which is always such a long wait to even get in.

Gave a 5 because the nurse and doctor were awesome! I would give a 0 if I could for the lady at the front desk that sits closest to the waiting room and the doors to the rooms. She was very rude! The lady with blonde hair at the front desk is a gem

Sanford health systems leaked personal information about my D.O.T physical to the employer that just let me go. Doctors and staff can not be trusted.. I would not trust any of them. The job I applied for was not DOT .much more information I can give if needed.

The doctors are awesome, but the people at the front desk today were rude. And then the scheduled appointment i was supposed to have was scheduled wrong. And to top it off we've had nothing but issues with billing. We have some random person that none stops somehow is on our account. No idea why or how and we requested more than once this was fixed. I am very upset with my experience today. Even the first nurse was rude. The second one who cam was nice at least.

Good building. Dont have enough doctors who can deal with complicated patients. Can cater for simple family medicine problems but send you away to Bismarck for complicated issues. Their service was ok but the St Josephs clinic across the street has excellent internal medicine specialists who I found to be more at ease dealing with my complex problems and now I don't have to drive to Bismarck. All pediatricians are awesome for our kids

I had surgery on my foot this morning. I truly can't say enough good about my experiences with ( Dr.Fullmer), the nurse staff(Steff and gal with dark hair (Sharena)? and antithessiologist(Mick)! A super compassionate Surgery center!!! I am truly grateful for your caring ways! God bless this center! You guys go beyond your regular duties!

Can u give zero stars i mean lazy workers incompetent service bad attitudes all around terrible layout for a brand new facility talk about a complete waste of space and money. looks like you can keep taking your business to Bismarck where they get health service professionals that are actually professionals. Yep every week i hear more stories from more people that this clinic and related hospital are full of unprofessional staff members and less than thorough doctors leading to failures in service sometimes resulting in death so ya walk to Bismarck if you want to live, Health FAIL!
