Going to this clinic for a local truck driving company. They made it a requirement that you renew your cdl medical card here. If you do its like committing career suicide. They did a respirator physical on me, passed with flying colors and was told I'm very healthy, then when it came time for the cdl side they gave me a 3 month card and told me I was on the borderline from being medically disqualified. Beware if you are sent here.

A nurse there, Kayla I believe her name is, is extremely unprofessional. She's rude, belligerent, condescending, and just overall nasty. I used to like going here until I got stuck with her. She's the kind of person that makes you never want to go to the doctor. It's super unfortunate that they hire terrible staff like her.

I hate being hurt but the staff are amazing and care about making you healthy again. I am grateful for all the help they give! They are very accommodating in scheduling and can always get you in quickly for an appointment. Thank you guys!!!!!
