The wait time was not too bad, but they couldn't tell us an estimated wait time. The receptionist seemed to not care about her job too much and was not very interested and just told us to wait without anything else. The doctor was friendly enough to chat with and ask questions until they eventually had to go, (even doctors have a time schedule to keep).

They had a very friendly receptionist! The wait time was reasonable. The only thing I have a complaint about is that the doctor was not as engaging as I hoped. She seemed to be rushing me when I was asking questions, that's why I gave only 4 stars and not 5. Perhaps she is the only doctor like that. Nonetheless, everything else was good! :-)

Do NOT take your son here if he is uncircumcised. The doctor, despite us telling her not to pull my 4 month old's foreskin, repeatedly did so. Made him scream his head off from the pain and bothered him all day. Apparently she didn't learn in college that the foreskin is ATTACHED for the first year of life.

Their doctors are super friendly, the wait time is never very long with our scheduled appointments. My daughter is always happy to come for her check ups!

Wait time for walk-in visit neared 3 hours before being seen by nurse intake. Provider was not friendly and seemed to be suffering from a migraine.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Terribly understaffed, I was never given an estimated wait time when I called or checked in (it was well over two hours) and I overheard the receptionist saying that you could go to Essentia and get seen "like that" (with a snap of the fingers). This is advice I'll be sure to take, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Your patient representative Megan was rude and condescending. I typically do not review company's and people. But when you have a severely sick infant and have been dealing with the illness for nearly a week to pay to see a doctor and choose a clinic for a service to be provided I should not have to deal with poor treatment. I may switch clinics.
