I did my immigrant physical at family healthcare. when I made the appointment, I was told everything will be covered for paying $350.But I got a huge medical bill from my insurance saying I have to pay another $1054 for blood and urine test. DO NOT do your immigrant physical at this place, they just make a trap and suck your money.

Today my 2pm appointment was not kept. I waited two hours only to be told to come back next week by staff member Sabrina and supervisor Rebecca showed no concern of the matter and would not listen and had overall poor attitude. I felt disrespected during my visit and am reluctant to return.

Brittney Michales has diagnosed me when five other doctors at other clinics got it wrong/misdiagnosed. She also went out of her way to provide me with a very expensive medication free of charge. I can't vouch for the whole clinic but the nurse and provider I have seen were very good.

I've been going there almost 10 yrs. I would not go anywhere else my doctor is absolutely super and the staff is absolutely wonderful! The pharmacy is also a great plus you're in and out and DONE.

I needed to get in on emergency and they got me right in. Always kind, caring, great bedside manner, always offering help for co-pays when I'm in need for visits and prescriptions. If you are someone who is in need and doesn't have healthcare coverage, I recommend Family Healthcare.

I went to their dental clinic in Moorhead and I paid $80 and they told they couldn’t do the extraction and they want me to pay another $100 dollar for the visit. Well they haven’t done anything for me how did they deserve that. Total ripoff.

I love FHC and Britney Micheal's but I especially love the pharmacy. The pharmacy does such an amazing job!! They take great care whenever I pick up new prescriptions explaining exactly what I'm getting. I get phone calls letting me know when my prescriptions are ready. The lines are never bad. I will never go to CVS or Walgreen I'm also lucky that I've been dealing with the sames people for years. They even call me by name when I walk up to the counter. Not just one of them, but ALL of them! (very cool) They have very little turn over unlike the impersonal national pharmacy's. They also extraordinary help in helping you pay for the insanely expensive prescriptions. These people truly care about the community and the individuals that make up this great city. Everyone cares and the doctors are very skilled. The pharmacy is the easiest to deal with, unlike the big names. They will also mail your medication to you if you can't pick it up. Flexible appointment times and great sliding fee scale; I can't express strongly enough how much this helps people, especially those without insurance.
