I was feeling realy bad for several days. Do I called the garnwr office to set an appoitment for Dr Ekka my physician. She was not available so they suggested that I see Dr. Murray. Oh he was awesome he spoke with me about my issue and comforted me with words to help me feel better. I went to do blood work and before the evening was over I got a call from one of the on call person sorry I forgot his name I was feeling so bad. He called to say that I needed to see Dr. Ekka right away. So I call the Garner office the next morning and got an appoitment with Dr Ekka. I went into her office and she just took charge, she saw that I was not myself and she explained to me what was going on and everything just started falling into place. I really appreciate Dr Ekka, Deborah, Katy and Shondra. Dr Murray and his staff was wonderful as well. When I left that office on Tuesday April 2, 2019 I new I would be ok. Yhe checked on me after going home and the next few days. What a awesome team. Garner Primary care is wonderful. I word recommend them to everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Murray at WakeMed Primary Care in Garner. He is friendly, understanding, and will address all of your health concerns. He made me feel very welcome and was professional yet spoke to me on a personal level, regarding my health concerns. I definitely want him to be my primary care provider forever!! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. RYAN MURRAY and his staff.

This is the third time I've been here and the third time it just seems to take entirely too long to be seen. I understand that if you're not in a critical condition then you're not a high priority and the tick bite me daughter has tonight definitely isn't of a critical nature. But when you walk out of your room and you see your nurse just yappin her mouth and laughing and the other emergency professionals displaying not an ounce of urgency in their demeanor, you start to wonder what the heck is going on. They're super nice but I can dispense with the pleasantries if that means they can move a little faster and get patients seen sooner.

I love this practice! Dr. Avery is the best. You might have to wait a little sometimes and its all because she is really thorough with all her patients. She is never in a hurry and give you all her attention. If you are looking for a good doctor that listen to your concerns and care about you and your family, this is the practice for you!

This was my second visit to DR Soboeiro. I found it to be a very pleasant rewarding experience. Dr Soboeiro was very Attentive to my concerns, he explained everything in detail, and without rushing. My past experiences at other Practices I have felt rushed leaving without feeling that all my questions were answered, and not truly understanding my treatment. also at these other Practices I felt that the emphasis was on getting as many patients thru, and max out the profits rather than quality care. It is amazing how customer service can be so one-sided at times. I was a patient of dr. Murray's before they moved to the new complex. I like him very much but not the staff the customer service is not what it should be. On multiple occasions I had to repeatedly request medication refills when I was told they have already been sent in. But the straw that breaks the camel's back, I was 15 minutes late for an appointment and they would not see me. I could understand if I was constantly late or missed appointments before, but this is the first time, I was never late for an appointment before. The fact that whole time I was sitting there another patient was called into the back and when requested to talk with the doctor I was told he was in with patients. My question is if nobody else was called back and he's busy with patients, when I just be sitting in the room waiting for him to come see me anyway? The fact there was no leniency or adjustment to me is incredible. As much as I like the doctor I would rather take my business elsewhere where I felt more appreciated and truly got the care that a patient should!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff friendliness and prompt service at any hour of the day is excellent; same goes to the nurses and we couldn’t have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Michael Sobeiro, he is the best! The way Dr Sobeiro has effectively and quickly treat my whole family and put us on the right track to better our health is outstanding. We are grateful to have him as our primary care doctor for the whole Zelaya family!!

Service is excellent! You walk in and you are greeted with the most helpful info and processing. I have never had to wait over 5 minutes to be serviced with my appointments. Being a retired Registered Nurse who had worked in this business for over 30 yrs., you are the best!

I had an appointment at 3:15, I signed in at 3:45 like the receptionist told me to do. I sat there in the office until 4:45 and my husband went up to ask what was taking so long and they had forgotten me. When your sick and you have sit in an office that long is not right,, I don’t think I should have been charged for that visit because I had to wait so long. I didn’t see my regular PCP but someone else was not impressed.
