I love the ENT office on New Bern Ave. It is always busy but I wait a much shorter time than going to my other doctors appointments. Dr Marshall is very caring & informative. the ENTIRE staff is so nice & take their time when explaining anything that happens. I am highly pissed with this place and my daughter has just started going here. They are very unprofessional and lie a lot about returning calls. I have talked to Dana, Chrissy, Melissa, Keri, Sandra and left a message for the Manager Susan Solomich with no response over the past 2 weeks. My 13 daughter needs surgery and they are scheduling the wrong appointments, talking down about her having Medicaid like I am a welfare mother. I work in healthcare 40 hours a week just like the ladies at ENT work and I would appreciate it if I were not treated differently because of my insurance or race. I have always been an easy going person and prefer a yes or a no with things and have heard nothing. Disappointed

All of my issues have been resolved and my daughter has been taken great care of. The supervisor appeared to be very caring and the staff did all that was necessary to get my 13 year old in for the appointment in a timely manner. Sometimes communication, a caring heart, and a listening ear, is all that you need to better things. This office has a wonderful supervisor who helps keep the team in line. Thank you S.S.
