I had a horrible migraine that I had never experienced before. I couldn’t breathe and I thought it was an allergic reaction to something, so I took a benadryl. When I arrived, they called me back and did blood work on me. The benadryl made me very drowsy along with the fact that my head and eye was throbbing with excruciating pain. They insisted that I had taken some kind of illegal drug, and even though they did blood work that came back negative, for any type of illegal drug, they continuously believed it. My mother and father even told them that there was no type of drugs or alcohol in our household. They also told me that they would treat me there and that I would not have to get on the ambulance and go to the ER in Washington, NC. That was a lie. They still believed I had taken some kind or drug and proceeded to call the ambulance with no consent. I did not want to get in the ambulance because I knew the bill would be sky high. I couldn’t say anything because I was in pain and drowsy. A few weeks later a bill comes in the mail. It was a $700 bill for a 20-25 minute ride, 2 tylenol, and a small cup of water. Not to mention I didn’t even want to get in the ambulance in the first place. Never going back....

If you go here do NOT see Dr Gibson. Thank me later. Complete and udder moron, can't even read an MRI. This place will tell you your referrals were sent and you'll be waiting forever because they will never get there. Slackness all around, that's why they are doctors working in belhaven and not greenville

My regular primary physician is in this clinic and also they are great here if you have to come in like I did for anything they will be a doctor on call and they can pretty much take care of whatever I've ever had to have taken care of if my primary was unavailable I actually live almost 60 mi. From the large VIDANT HOSPITAL so coming to this multi-specialty clinic is the first thing that I would do if I didn't have to call an ambulance right away and then they could see me if I needed to go any further than this multi specialty clinic. Great place to have when you live in a rural area for sure.

Absolutely horrible customer service and business practice. One person allowed back at a time, and being second in line took one hour twenty minutes to even be seen. Common practice of taking vitals and prepping the patient for the doctor seem to be completely disregarded, and the few people who showed up later complained that this business is always like this. I understand waiting for a non-appointment visit, but to not even work with any sense of urgency at any business, but especially an urgent care clinic, is deplorable and clearly the management has taken no interest in correcting their incredibly poor rating. If you have another option, take it.

I had a great experience. Minimal wait time and the provider was excellent . Didn't have to take time off work because they're open 24 hours. What a wonderful resource for our community!

Clean, quick and friendly. Couldn't ask for much more from a small town doctors office. Never had an issue with office staff and wait times have been minimal for regular appointments or urgent care visits. I like that there is a sick waiting area separated from the regular, just makes you think you wont walk out with something you didnt walk in with.
