I have been to both the Morrisville and Apex location. What I value about this dentistry is that the wait time is very limited, whenever I come in for an appointment, I am usually invited out back within 10 minutes. Cleanings are thorough, detail-focused, and professional. Advice: find a hygienist you really like and schedule appointment way in advance in order to have them again.

I had high hopes for this practice, which is close to me - but sadly disappointed over the years. Every time I go in, the list of work to be done is long. My young daughter had a clean bill of teeth went back in few months later and long list of work to be done with fillings, went to another dentist and they had a very different approach. Front staff try to be genuine and some are, but others sadly have attitude. I have shifted dentists now and have not regretted it. Go for experience, sometimes you do need to wait to get the best but in this practice everything is about a long work list and that is how I felt. Cant just go in and get a simple teeth cleaning with 'full scans' and followup list of all things that ought to be done. Honestly feels like like the "Jiffy Lube" of Dentists to me - convenient and easy to get to, but you now walk out with just the oil change or state inspection you drove in for.

This is my third appointment here over the past couple of years and my very positive experience has been consistent throughout. I have been treated by multiple drs and hygienists, all were very pleasant, friendly and caring. I usually have a lot of insurance questions as my employer changed plans, the staff answered all my questions, double checked everything and i never had an insurance issue.

Office is nice but that is about it. I have had 2 cleanings here and both experiences were not pleasant. The first visit was mostly due to wait time. I was new so I understood that it would be a longer visit to get all my information and take x rays. However there was about 10-15 where I was just sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist to come do the final check. When the dentist did come they said my teeth were fine but my tounge showed that I may have trouble breathing at night while I sleep and recommended that I pay to have a sleep study done and that they would refer me if I wanted too. I declined and felt uncomfortable that the dentist was trying to sell me on doing a sleep study. The second visit I was told that my insurance would cover another round of x rays and that it was time to have them done again. I thought this was strange given that I had just done a round of x rays at my first visit but I went along with the recommendation because I didn’t know any better. To my surprise I received an invoice from TFD about a week after my visit for $80 because my insurance did not cover the second round of x rays. I could not help feeling like they just performed the second set of x rays because they were trying to make money, and not actually take care of my teeth. This in conjunction with them trying sell me on doing a sleep study (which happened again during my second visit) really just rubbed me the wrong way. My family will be taking it’s business to another dentists. Good thing there are plenty in the area.

My family of four used the services of Triangle family for almost three years and doctors and staff is great but only problem is there when it comes to money. My wife went for the bridge treatment last year and it was the good estimate of around 1000$ of my contribution and I made the payment on procedure completion. Later on, they found the issues with the insurance and start sending the bills at my home for some amount outstanding. I spoke to insurance about it but they were very clear about the treatment and every thing was good at their end. I informed the same thing to dentistry office and they told me that they will submit the claim again. This thing happen couple of times and on one day I put the insurance(UHC) and dentist office on conference call and insurance rep confirmed that they have not received any claim from their side and asked them to submit again. After again two weeks I received the mail that i have payment overdue letter from the dentistry office and I got very disturbed with it. I called them again and the receptionist was not very nice to me and they were not cooperating and looks to me that they are interested only in money and not about the customer concern. I left early from office on that day and made the full payment which I am not feeling I should not make as I already paid the promised amount at the procedure completion. Also the person who settled my account was least worried about my concern and more interested in the money.

I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but Triangle Family Dentistry made me feel comfortable and pain free. Dr. Perry walked me through my crown and made it simple to understand. She did an awesome job with my crown and now i can eat on my left side again. Angela is very gentle when she cleans my teeth and she gives me good advice for how to keep my teeth clean. Thank you for making those dreaded dental appointments a thing of the past.

My friend Hayder called on December regarding extreme pain in his teeth since December and they gave him an appointment on February 23rd, letting someone wait for 2 months with pain is unacceptable. He called Ibrahim few times to forward the appointment and he said he will try and they never did. He showed up on February 23rd and they did an x-ray which took them about an hour and then they told him we ran of time so we have to schedule an another appointment, they did nothing to fix the teeth with pain toward the end of March, and they just gave him a pain medicine which is not helping him at all. Overall making someone to wait few months with pain is unacceptable and inhuman.

This was probably one of the best dental experiences I have had. My husband and I went here together and left very happy. He has not gone to the dentist for a long time and he was terrified they made it a very enjoyable experience for him. They have wide availability (so it's easy to get an appointment) and start on time (so you aren't wondering how long the wait will be). They're great with kids: Andy was very understanding when my little one refused to let him use the suction. Despite that, she still enjoyed the visit because she got to watch Nailed It on Netflix while he cleaned her teeth. (She's still talking about that, months later.) I had a wonderful experience with Drew - he was really attentive to each tooth. We'll keep coming back.

I had been forced to take back my review about my visit to extract my broken tooth. Dr extracted one more tooth along with broken tooth. Doctor didn't understand from x-ray report that broken tooth is tightly fixed with another tooth. How doctor can make this mistake? If it wasn't clear in x-ray then how x-ray was done? Even after repeated follow up, management didn't do anything. I have all the proofs with me.

I had been going to the same practice for years. Unfortunately, they were not in network for most common dental insurance companies. I spent alot of time researching other practices and decided on Triangle Family Dentistry in Morrisville. I've been going here for about 18 months so far and am very pleased. Why? Excellent dentists and hygienists who exercise the latest techniques. They even make their crowns in house and Dr. Cappelle took great care to ensure my new crown matched my other teeth exactly. You can't tell it's a crown. Nice lobby area with a keurig etc. Prices are competitive and they take all major dental insurance. They also have flexible hours for those who can't do the 8 to 5 time slots.

I recently had a tooth extraction in preparation for a dental implant. I initially met with Daniella (Assistant Office Manager) to discuss the procedure. She was wonderful! She took the time to explain what to expect during and after the procedure as well as talk to me about her own personal experience with the procedure. She answered all of my questions and made me feel so much better about the process. The extraction was done by Dr. Boes, who was extremely kind and efficient. He made sure I was comfortable and couldn't feel any pain. The whole event, from checking in to walking out the door, took less than an hour. Having had bad past experiences with the dentist, I dreaded going to see one. That has changed! The entire staff and environment at Triangle Family Dentistry is so welcoming and professional. I've been going to Triangle Family Dentistry for my teeth needs since 2016. It's always easy to schedule appointments (or reschedule as needed). I love that they send a reminder text (and a phone call) before appointments. The hygienists are always very professional and friendly, cleanings are efficient and thorough, and my appointment almost always starts on time. Due to scheduling conflicts (on my side), sometimes I see different dentists, but they are all kept up-to-date on my records, so I've never had to repeat information and they're all very knowledgeable (and very personable). Overall, my experience with TFD has been awesome - would definitely recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

I had a great experience with both of them. I have had vertigo in the past and still get dizzy at times. They were so caring and understanding. I have been going to TFD for over three years now. Dr. Cappelle has been my primary dentist and I have had Angela, Drew and four other dental hygienists over the years. All of them have been spectacular. These people from the front desk onward are absolutely friendly, professional, gentle and ... many more great adjectives. When they sit you down, they have a large display that shows all of the info on your teeth. They give you an explanation on your status and areas you can improve on. They ask you which music preference you would like and so on to make you as comfortable as possible. Everything is so hi tech, I felt like I was in a sci-fi space ship the first time. My insurance pays 90% of everything I have had done: fillings, cleanings, a flouride treatment, and what I pay out of pocket is very reasonable. I can not recommend them enough! Thank you TFD for helping me improve my health!

Below points are the pain points for me whenever I visited other Dentistry but Angela did marvelous job. 1) Teeth are cleaned properly and thoroughly without any pain, I don't see any plaque in my teeth after cleaning as was the case with all other old dentistry. 2) No bleeding in gums after the cleaning 3) Suggestions provided are logical and accurate 4) Answers all my queries patiently and efficiently 5) Felt like she is very experienced in cleaning process and has good control

The office environment is very relaxing and the friendliness of the staff, especially Olivia, make you feel like a part of the family! Dr. Baky is wonderful, he delivers excellent dental care, explains any dental procedures and takes the time to answer all questions. Jessica, my Hygienist is very knowledgeable and will put you at ease with her soft quiet voice. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been a patient at the Wake Forest Triangle Family Dentistry since moving to NC in 2015, and I really love the staff and office. Outstanding service, and didn't have to wait for my appointment, they took me in right away. Misty was my Hygienist and she was very friendly, gentle, and explained everything to me, she did an awesome job with my cleaning. Met Dr. Sireci for the first time and she was very personable, and knowledgeable and made my dentist visit enjoyable. Great office and Great staff!

I loved my first visit two weeks ago after a LONG time of being less than good with going to the dentist. Everyone was very friendly at this office and you can definitely tell they enjoy their jobs. I loved how they tried to work me in when I needed an earlier appointment. They kindly recommended some changes I can make to my tooth brushing at home and gave me a thorough in their evaluation of my teeth,since I just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. And something else fun, they play whatever type of music you choose during the visit. Fun!

Wonderful experience. They take their time and explain everything to you. They clearly care more about your health than making a quick dollar. They’re focused on preventative care and proper cleaning, not how many cavities they can fill (and charge you for). We love it here! P.S. The waiting room is awesome!

I am in awe of this practice! After years of going to another practice, I decided to change to one that was closer to my home. I was recommended TFD. And oh my God! The moment you walk in is like wow! And the staff is so nice and patient. I took my 9 year old. Then brought in my 21 year old, which scared the bejezus out of me, and I am amazed at their professionalism and patience in dealing with him. And today, they treated me and were sooooooo patient with me. Special should out to my tech, Candace for her candor and Daniella for her patience answering my 1,001 questions. I had to schedule a wisdom tooth extraction and I was extremely nervous because I had no idea what to expect. Daniella Osborn was the woman who talked me through the steps of the actual procedure and the aftercare. We talked very thoroughly and she made sure I knew exactly what will be going on. She made me feel very calm and at ease and now I’m not nervous for my upcoming appointment. If you’re apprehensive about any sort of dental work, Triangle Dentistry is the place to go, hands down. Highly recommended and I’ll be pointing my friends in their direction.

When looking for a dentist, I was worried I wouldn't find an office that was as friendly or caring as my previous. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I stepped into Triangle Family Dentistry, everyone greeted me with a smile and eye contact. My hygienist, Drew, was very friendly and informative. He walked me through my x-rays and answered all of my questions. Dr. Cappelle was so sweet and kind! I'm so happy to have found a dentist that I can take my whole family to!

I am shocked at Dr. Boes' lack of care and concern for me as his patient. He performed oral surgery on me that was unnecessary. And, he injected me with four very painful rounds of Novacaine. (Obviously, he was in a rush.) Why did he choose surgery? The external Periodontist, as well as two dentists and two assistants in Dr. Boes' own office, told me that surgery was not needed! And, when I asked questions, Dr. Boes spoke to me in a condescending manner. (Had Dr. Boes provided a Treatment Plan to me and if his actions hadn't contradicted the statements made by his own staff, I would not have had to ask questions.) I am so upset. I haven't been able to sleep. I want a refund of the $2,100.00 fee. Then, I'll get my dental records and close out my account. I don't ever want to go to Triangle Family Dentistry again.

My entire family has been going to TFD since I’ve been in NC since 2010. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The service is always amazing. I absolutely love my dental hygienist Angela. She’s great!! I would recommend TFD as a primary dental office.
