Dr. Dillard is amazing. My son had a newly diagnosed issue that, quite honestly, I did not trust his current practice to manage. I found out about Triad Pediatrics being a new practice and took a chance. I am SO GLAD I did. Every aspect of our first visit, from the front desk staff to check out, was absolutely awesome. Their online check-in, form signing, etc. is so great and efficient. The facility itself is impressing. The front desk staff is super nice and efficient, and they seem to love their job. Dr. Dillard took his time and spent time answering questions and discussing my son's well-check as well as his new diagnosis. Dr. Dillard just radiates compassion, and you can just tell his entire heart and soul is put into his profession. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend Dr. Dillard!

As a mother of 5, I'm used to filling out duplicate forms, but Triad Pediatrics made it so easy by allowing me to enter all my children under a parent registration. Such a breeze!

First off the staff here are really great and I really do like this place...the nurses and Drs are great. However the time it takes to be seen is terrible. Every time we have gone there they get us back in a room pretty quickly but we end up waiting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour every single time before the doctor comes in. I spoke with I guess the manager/owner about this and he advised me to schedule at 8:30 in the morning that way I’m first or around 1:30 right after they all get back from lunch. Well unfortunately I can’t always schedule at those times and I needed to get both my kids in and rather than scheduling separately I wanted to get them in together on the same day same time and those times unfortunately weren’t available yesterday so I had no choice unless I waited a few more weeks to get my kids in. So we went in got checked in and back in the room and I asked the nurse if she knew how long it might be before we were seen and she stated he should be in any minute. Well an hour later and my husband going out to check and then myself to find out when we will be seen, the doctor finally comes in. Now I’m a very patient person and I understand there’s usually a wait at the doctors and I get people can get behind but literally every single time I’ve gone there this has happened and I think an hour is a bit much. Like why schedule someone at that time if their not going to be seen for another hour. Not to mention a few weeks back the wait was too long that we had to leave before even being seen! I really do love the doctors and the staff but when you’re waiting an hour to be seen while trying to keep your 2 under 2 kids entertained it can get pretty aggravating. I really don’t want to leave this practice but because of yesterday , that was the final straw. Especially when being told the dr will be in any minute then waiting an hour. If time management improved I would absolutely continue to come here

We had our first visit to Triad Pediatrics today and never have I been so impressed with a doctor's office! First, all the forms were provided online ahead of time, so there was absolutely no sitting in the waiting room trying to complete pages of paperwork with a toddler running around. The office itself is clean, colorful, and inviting - a place a kid would actually want to be. Everyone was so friendly, including the PA whom we saw, Heather Martin. She was so warm and welcoming and absolutely wonderful with my rambunctious 2.5 year old son. I would highly recommend this practice and Ms. Martin as a provider to any parent!

I transferred my children to Triad Pediatrics and am so glad I did! To start, they make it so easy to register and book appointments online. I was even able to fill out the new patient and check in forms online before we were even seen. We have already seen all three providers and each one was great. They take their time, really listen to you and answer any questions you have. I am so glad we found this gem!

My kids absolutely love Dr. Dillard. We prayed for him and his family every day while they were overseas doing mission work. We love his new practice. The office is state of the art, modern and clean! We love the inspirational music playing which provides a calming spirit in what can sometimes be a stressful situation. The staff is extremely professional as well as kind and considerate of your needs. They offer color pages and crayons to pass the time and each child gets a sticker and balloon when they leave. An absolutely great pediatric experience that will leave your kids asking when they can go back! (You can also go online to book appointments and can text them to let them know when you have arrived.)

When we learned Dr.Dillard was back in town I gave the kids a choice to stay where we were or change back to Dr.Dillard the response was an overwhelming we need to go to Dr.Dillard. So we switched and although we have not had a chance to see him personally yet I knew moving to a practice he was involved with would be perfect and I was correct. Everyone there is great and the doctor we did see was wonderful and a new favorite for my boys! I am so glad to be back with the doctor that all my boys have seen from birth and at such a wonderful practice where everyone is so kind! I will recommend Triad Pediatrics every chance I get!!!!

Wonderful environment with very nice and helpful staff! We had difficulty finding our son a good pediatrician initially, we have been so happy since finding Triad Pediatrics as now taking our son to the Doctor is a happy snd stressless experience, plus we never doubt that he is getting the best care! Also, they have a wall with chargers for all different types of phone in all the patient rooms, its very handy! Their waiting area is very welcoming and has many good baby and children's books as well to make the wait easier, granted, you never spend too much time in their waiting room, its a wonderful establishment!

Triad Pediatrics is a breath of fresh air to this community! All of the doctors are extremely nice and caring. They take time to answer each question/concern you have and you don't feel rushed out the door. The nurses and front office staff make you and your kids feel very comfortable there and are very nice. Another cool thing is they have cutting edge technology there that makes the registration process, triage and check-in, billing etc SUPER easy and cuts down on wait time. Would highly recommend!
