I can't say enough about Dr Moon and her practice. She takes her time and really gets to know the families and the kids. Our first visit with her she colored and drew pictures with our son. You never feel rushed or like you're being an overly worrisome parent. We moved our son from a big pediatric practice in Statesville to her because it just felt like a conveyor belt, the doctors were fine, just didnt feel like you had any sort of personalized care and they saw so many families that every visit the doc had no idea who you or your child were.

Dr. Moon is a wonderful pediatrician and I can't say enough good things about her and her office staff. Together, they make getting an appointment fast and easy. She is now my favorite pediatrician and I recommend her to everyone who needs a great pediatrician.

Carolina pediatrics front office staff is horrible. On Wednesday I called concerning my daughter who was running a high fever. I was told by malaysia I could not bring her in take her to urgent care. Today I spoke to Jamie concerning my son who has had a persistent cough asthma and a history of pneumonia and bronchitis. I was told by her can I make it in five minutes. Than she told me if I didn't like it I could take them elsewhere and proceeded to hang up on me. I contacted the CEO mathew banks and am looking into my media options. I also filed a report with the medical review board
