Called to get an appointment, and the receptionist was uncooperative and rude. She couldn’t / wouldn’t let me know if one of their more prominent doctors could or could not provide care in Spanish (Dr. Sanchez) nor when I could expect an answer to such a question or even when that doctor might be even working again. Furthermore, when I let the receptionist know that all of the above behavior is NOT OKAY for someone trying to get medical care, she was snarky and sarcastic. The US medical system is severely broken and it’s bad service like this that makes it even worse. Would give ZERO STARS if that was a choice.
