My appointment was at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:34am. Apparently the check in system read I arrived at 10:36am. However, it is now 11:52am and I have still not seen a doctor. The nurse Lauren’s excuse was you were 6 minutes late. I stated that’s a fact, but it still should not have taken 1hr and 22minutes and counting for my child to be seen. My child came in with a 102.9 fever! This is ridiculous! There is no regard given to parents who have to work obviously! I don’t think they understand the true value of patient satisfaction. HORRIBLE. Extremely unsatisfied with the service this office is providing. If I could give no stars, I WOULD.

Our experience has always been a positive one here. Check-in and wait times are pretty standard and haven’t been bad for us. Getting called back usually happens quickly (cool fish tank in the waiting area makes it easier regardless), and while we sometimes find ourselves waiting in the patient room for a bit, it hasn’t been unreasonable to this point. The staff are nice and the facility is clean and feels “professional.” We usually see Dr. Fisher, who is great with both our little ones. Whether the kiddos are sick or going for well visits, this place works great for us.

Throughout my time of going here, I was forgotten about on several occasions back in a room for over an hour. They’ve also incorrectly relayed to me the time of my appointment and did nothing to work with me on resolving it. Very disappointed with the service here.

I was very impressed with the thorough examinations provided for my nephews. The staff is awesome and very professional. I highly recommend this office for pediatric care.

My children have been patients for 13 years. Now my granddaughter is a patient, we love Regional Pediactrics.

Wait time has been increasing the last couple years to the point of being disrespectful of patients’ time and other responsibilities. Check in is efficient, but it seems the “ball is being dropped” somewhere between check in and getting called back. It is also an uncomfortably long wait between the nurses duties and the doctor arriving to see patient. I know it is an industry standard that medical practices operate somewhat on “their own time”, and once you are there you are “stuck”, but please try and realize that it can be perceived as disrespectful in many ways to delay us in this manner. Remember that you are providing a “service”.

I love this pediatric practice! They're all very attentive, caring, and informative. They spend time answering all my questions and concerns. They don't rush me. They help you with your car seat if needed. They remember you and call you by name. They work you back into the schedule if possible if you arrive late. With nurse shortages, heavier patient loads, and everything health care is facing... this practice is handling it all very gracefully!

We had a longer wait on our first visit, but on our second visit -- a last-minute appointment for our infant due to possible ear infection -- we got in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Preston was friendly and sharp, and I felt great about the care -- the doctor was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, the nursing staff was great, and it was a smooth visit. Thanks for a great visit -- see you in a few weeks for the next check-up!

I have been using this pediatric practice for 27 years, since they were "Hillandale Peds." These doctors are wonderful, and the office staff have always been kind and patient. My grandson loves "Dr. Fish" and Dr. Rand. He is my fourth child to go here , and I have always been very pleased.

I love Dr Rand she is one of the best Pediatrician I have met.

Virginia Wallace

Staff was curt. They were running an hour behind with no one in the waiting room, nor did they offer any reason why. Sterile setting for a place that is supposed to cater to children. Doctor not personable and interractive, strictly focused on reciting what she learned in school.

Amanda Avery

We love Regional Pediatrics. Everyone there has been so incredibly patient and kind with us. Above and beyond better than the first pediatrics office we tried. They are helpful, and happy to talk with us about any questions we have. We never feel as if they are rushing us through so they can see the next patient, and they take all our concerns into account. Highly recommend this pediatrics office!

Regional Peds is always quick to respond. Dr Fisher always treats my kids as if they were his own. He is very encouraging and always gives an an explanation for the problem.

We like all of the doctors at Regional but Dr. Stifler is our fave...

I agree sometimes the wait times can be long, but in our 7 months of going here that is not usually the case. The one time that our appointment was over 45 minutes wait time they were very apologetic. I can see how the wait times can be long, because once you see the Dr you don't feel rushed like at other doctor offices. They take the time to answer any and all of your questions, as well as offer advice and tips. All of the Drs we have seen remember us and comment on his development. Not like my own Dr who barley remembers me.

J Gaston

Agree with wait time post. Either there is an efficiency issue, communication problem, or general apathy towards the patients’ time and/or other daily obligations. Yes this seems to be a medical industry trend where the “waiting room” really is aptly named. Please consider “patient care” to be both the medical aspect of the visit and our responsibilities beyond the appointment!

I love everyone at this practice, from the front desk, to the nurses and the doctors. They know just how to handle me & my son! Thank you for the great services during sick & well visits.

Kisha S

Been going to this office for 12 years. Grew up and "aged out". I was forced, WHILE SICK, to go find another doctor. I am a 23 year old college student and I'm still on my parents insurance. And like I said, they have been seeing me consistently for the past 12 years and never once gave me the tools I needed to get a new doc. They need a better system for transitioning patients from pediatrics to family medicine/adult outpatient. I am outraged by the lack of professionalism and they are seriously making me think of pulling all of my nieces and nephews from this establishment.

Jessica Davis

They are great with their patients and have a great staff.
