I honestly have no idea how this office has gotten such amazing reviews. Our experience was anything but 5 Star! First of all, I went in for my daughters 4 month check up and shots. We arrived and were told that because tricare changed their policies they had already sent 5 families home who had appts.... but yet they didn’t bother to call us ahead of time? Ok. My husband sorted the tricare issue within about an hour so we could be seen since he has limited opportunities to take off work. Once we were seen my daughter completely lost it.... it was terrible, she was in SO much distress. This being a pediatrician office I thought maybe they had encountered situations like this before, but they didn’t act like it. My husband and I left with nothing in our hands, no paper with shots etc. It was a traumatic day, but we both remember her getting 2 shots and a drink. I decided for her 6 month I would try another place because I didn’t like my experience here. So I call to get her shot record and only one is showing up. Very confused I called and spoke with Tasha who said he decided to only give her one that day instead of the normal 4 mon vaccs. Now, I realize my husband and I were rattled that day so we may not remember correctly about how many shots she received, but what we know for a FACT is that he did not inform us of his decision to only give one. If you’re already going to stick my babies leg, why drag it out into two visits??? No follow up call or letter. Here I had thought she was caught up on her shots and now I’m having to get her extra shots now at 6 months. Tasha then blamed this on me telling our new physician I requested only one shot, which is a flat out lie! But the thing I’m mostly disturbed by is that they do not log vaccinations into the state record, which is apparently unheard of! Save yourself a lot of trouble and take your babies literally anywhere but here.

Dr. Caban and Tosha have been so amazing. I have never met a medical staff that cares about my babies the way I do! I’m so grateful for them. I wish I can take them with me everywhere we go.

This place really cares about kids! Every single staff member is obviously very committed to their jobs. Call backs are quick (I always have questions that pop up after the appointment - haha), the lab supervisor is awesome, the doctor is beyond fabulous and the nurses are all so sweet! I don't have enough kind words to express my gratitude to this place... In addition... The doctor believes in the benefits of eating organic! Whether you're pretty natural (like my family is) or conventional, I believe this office has the best interests of your child at heart. I'm continually impressed by them!

Terrible I will never go to this place again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that is 16 or older. The attitudes that they have towards young adults are noticeably different than attitudes towards parents and children. From the time I stepped in the door I was rushed and felt as if they did not want to see me because I was not a child. They’re not private about any conversations that you have with them you can hear them talking about everyone’s business all through the facility. Not only was I rushed but I was given a medication was for something I did not have. I called to ask if they could change my medication because the taste was bad, they then told me to discontinue the medication because I needed a different type and they would send another prescription to my pharmacy. I call the pharmacy and they say there are no prescriptions on file. This is complete bs and not to mention , they don’t make you aware of what they’re doing. Sorry excuse for a doctor!

Love Dr. Caban and his office. Every visit for us has been outstanding. He is clearly extremely accomplished in medicine and is also great with my kids who both love him. We switched to off base care to see him and it was the best decision. Not to mention I can always get an appointment and almost never have to wait long at the office. Dr. Caban is our pediatrician for both of our children. He is so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He knows how to build rapport with children and make parents feel heard, and well informed. We recently moved 40 minutes away but we will keep going to Phycinity because of their amazing staff! I highly recommend them!

I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was extremely nice and making an appointment was very easy. The level of care my son was given rates 1 star. Dr. Caban diagnosed my son with croup, although I strongly suggested he didn’t. I know he’s the doctor, but he diagnosed my son with croup “from the cough he heard in the waiting room” he spent 10 mins with my son and didn’t listen to my concerns to run labs. I went for a second opinion, they ran labs. He didn’t have croup, he has RSV and has been admitted to the hospital for respiratory failure. I’m glad I went with my intuition and didn’t trust the doctor that just went off of his opinion of what his cough sounded like.

THE BEST care. We went to the base ER Sunday with a 14 month old with a 104.2 fever. They did nothing but say follow up with a PCP. We moved here a week ago and haven’t changed over our tricare yet. (Systems down) I called Dr Cabins office at 3:15. Was given an apt at 4:15 and was seen and home at 4:40. Amazing doctor with the best staff. The women at the counter are fabulous, treat you well, and kind to the kids! Love that we will be apart of this peds clinic!
