We love all the doctors who have taken great care of our two girls. The nurses are all nice and very knowledgeable. I also think their nurse line is invaluable. Thanks Cornerstone Pediatrics!!!

We had been taking our boys there since they were babies. I had nothing but glowing things to say. The doctors and staff cared incredibly much about the patient. Since becoming Wake Forest, it now feels like you’re a spot on the calendar. It’s all business and the person involved doesn’t matter. I adore Dr Dial and the lead nurse more than words can express. They both spent time getting to know us and made sure to follow up on everything. However, getting appointments and being able to get through to anyone that can actually help has been exhausting. Today, we were dismissed by the office manager who knew absolutely nothing about us and came out armed and ready with all the reasons they were right and we were wrong. The time on my calendar differed from theirs by 1/2 hour; I was 15 minutes late according to them and 15 minutes early according to the time I had. They said they absolutely could not accommodate us because they were completely full and they’d already marked us as a no show. I admit I was extra emotional and completely stressed, but it was not ok to roll her eyes and walk away. Now that I read other comments, it seems my experience was not unique. It’s very disheartening knowing how things used to be.

Dr. Dial and Kirsten Goolsby- PA are thee best! Very caring, respectful and patience with each visit! They are NEVER in a rush and take their time (which you NEVER see any more). Recently, Dr. Dial got results back from blood work we had done and she IMMEDIATELY called me even after hours, which I thought was so thoughtful! Highly recommend these two! Kirsten, was amazing from the first time I met her and was talking about a rare syndrome called "Periodic Fever syndrome and I moved from Philly area to good ole High Point and I had done some research and the first time I was explaining our daughters symptoms she spike out "Periodic Fever Syndrome and referred me to Dr.Cristano (of which is amazing as well) ....I only go see them! They are THEEE BEST!!! They see all 3 out our daughters and I feel 100% confident in what they say, how they treat and how well they treat us as well! Super real (hard to find these days!)

I would give them a negative star if possible. This place is a joke shop! During the past few months we have had pretty bad experiences here. They misdiagnosed my LO with Stomach bug when she had something very serious going on. It was not just during one visit, but we went to the doctor's office 5 times in 10 days and they kept dismissing our concerns. Dr. Dial, Dr. Tonuzi and Dr. Culler are okay but the rest of them don't really know what they are doing there! Either they know to prescribe an antibiotics or a steroid for whatever it is that the kid might be going through. They can't think out of the box or think of any other possibility for the symptoms that the child is going through. The misdiagnosis has not only happened with my child, but couple of friends of mine have also had very bad experiences here! This place is going to get sued sooner than later! They mess up with the appointments and always provide a very crappy service.

If i dont deal with my daughters primary doctor, Dr. Dial, the experience is way below average.

I love Dr. Tonuzi. She’s very caring and takes her time to make sure your child receives the best care.

I used to love going here but it seems like in the past 2 years it has gone down and continues to go down, perhaps since wake Forrest took over. The doctors that my children see are wonderful,!!!! I have no issue with their care. But the service is horrific!!!!! My 12 month old was very sick once and I had a new 1 month old baby that I had to get to the office. I was 11 minutes late, as when I arrived it took me time to find a parking spot and get both babies out of the car and into the building. Only to be told that I could not be seen because I’m late. I have 5 kids and never in my past has a pediatrician ever turned them down due to being late to the appointment. I pleaded with them to see the doctor and they refused. Since then, I’ve seen them do that to other parents, as well. I feel bad to see them begging and frustrated like I was. They don’t seem to care. Not long ago, I read a news article about a child that unfortunately died after being turned away by the doctors office for being late. As shocking and sad as that story was, my heart sank that my children go to an office with that same type of practice. Also, they can’t show you or print your bill, only tell you what you owe. To get a bill you have to call wake forest, who keeps you on hold for excessively long times. So long, I can’t even call from work or on my lunch break, so I just end up not being able to get the information. Before Wake Forrest, they used to simply provide this information quickly and easily at the front desk. I could go on and on about my experiences with them, but I just wanted to give a few examples. I’m now in the process of finding a new pediatrician for my children, as I’ve had repeated ongoing negative experiences with this place in the recent years.

Tabi Witch

Good experience 90% of the time. Drs seem very thorough and knowledgeable.

The worst place to take care you and your family’s health! The front desk people have very mean behavior towards clients I ever seen! The only reason I m continue to going is this place is so close to my house... that’s it!

Have been going here for a year for our daughter. Today she had a fever so we tried to do a walk-in. Well they don't take those. Despite nobody being in the waiting area they were not able to accommodate us. We were then told to call the line to schedule something making us question why they had people in the reception area at all. For their lack of care about a sick baby, we are changing our pediatrician asap.

Very poor service! Dont go here. First of all one needs to wait for over 2 months to get a physical check up appointment for a child. I had an appointment in Nov at 130 PM, unfortunately my wife's car would not start and she called to say she will be late by a few minutes. The receptionist said that the appointment was recheduled and the next one available was in January, more than 2 months later. Anyways, even if one makes to appointment on time, there are long wait times to get into the room and after completing the initial check up when you enter the room , you has to wait for over 30 minutes in the closed room for the doctor to arrive. Pathetic service. Also, the previous time I was here, they interchanged my daugthers physical report with someone else's and my daughter was about an year older and many inches taller or so... Careless.

I absolutely love this practice. The nurses are very friendly. I was actually referred to Dr. Dial by a family member for my daughter, and since my daughter was born Dr. Dial has been an amazing physician for my daughter. She definitely sets a worried parents mind at ease.

sasha sanders

This office took advantage of me as a young, worried parent, as well as the health insurance I furnished. The doctor strong armed me into a $4000 ct scan for a mild urinary tract infection. Atrocious behavior. This place should be closed down or at least reprimanded.

Karylis Hidalgo

The doctors are great! They always are eager to help and take the time to answer your questions. The front office staff not so much. I always have issues with the front office staff not picking up the phone or neglecting putting the recording " the office is closed" which in turn does not get your the after hours nurse line. You will be placed on hold for 10 minutes thinking the office is open but it is closed. It is so frustrating. Thy are the only department that neglects to put that message. I so happened to call the internal medicine section which is right in front of the pediatric section and they have the recording that the office is closed. Aside from that, everything else is very kid friendly.

I wish I could give negative feedback, my daughter is sick and they did not want to prescribe her antibiotics because they always want more/more money. Now my daughter is sick and they are enjoying their weekend. Shame on these kind of doctors

Ronda Dunlap

I love this place!! They have taken great care of both of my girls!!

Brenna Albright

My kids see Kirsten Goolsby, a P.A. there and she is beyond excellent. My daughter has extreme anxiety about going to the Doctor after a bad experience a few years back and she has done wonders for her. She is patient, kind, and understanding and I can't recommend her enough.

Nicola Balletto

Dr. Culler is our primary physician but every MD, PA, NP, etc that we've seen at this practice has been phenomenal. All of the staff, including reception, are so friendly and helpful! We are always seen so quickly and never spend more than about 5-10 minutes waiting on someone. I wish I could say that about more practices!
