I like pediatrics associates but if y'all open at 8 turn the phones on when you open here it is 44 minutes after the time you have open and the phones are still off. .anything could be wrong with your patient my daughter but you wouldn't know that because you don't have your phone onnnnnnn.

I've been going there for almost 5 years. The staff is really nice if my daughter was sick during open hours I was able to make an appointment get there 10min wait and out in 20-30mins. Over the years it has been busy but I would rather go here then the place down the road from them.

Shocked by some of these reviews on here. We see all the doctors here and love all of them. The manager knows us by name and is always very polite. Couldn’t ask for a better doctors office for my children.

This facility doesn’t deserve the first star. My son who has been being seen here since he was born has just been refused care because the facility closes at 11:30 (per the “RECEPTIONIST/NURSE”, Andrea.) My son loves Dr. Shoaf and she’s an amazing doctor but the certified nurses definitely aren’t QUALIFIED to be in their position. Especially to refuse care to a 4 yr old child whose eye is swelling shut just because the facility is closing in 30 minutes. Smh way to honor the oath you all took. This unprofessional and unethical encounter will result in me having to switch care providers and I will be reporting the service, facility, and indecent nurse “Andrea” whose direct words, indirectly refused care to my child.

They assume whats wrong with your child..... They go by whats going around and say that your child has it too without giving a good examination and will not do blood work!!!! My grand child has been sick for six months and they still refuse to do bloodwork to find out what is wrong with her immune system.... Bottom line is they just want your buisness to keep you coming back.... Like I said its a Buisness!!!!! When they let Dr. Shelley go they let the only decent doctor go.... My advise is to find another place that actually cares!

Had our first postnatal appointment this morning-- Dr. Hausladen was very good to our boy. My family's used the practice since I was a child seeing Dr. Smyre, and they're still good. I appreciated the help.

Wish I could give a lower rating. Dr Shelley saw my 2 year old nephew three times in 48 hours and swore that it was just a virus, last night my sister had to take my nephew to the emergency room with 105.5 fever to find out it was a raging double ear infection. My nephew had an above 103 fever for four days and Dr. Shelley said there was nothing she could do. Will NEVER be seeing her again. This isn't the first patient she has wrongly diagnosed.

If I could give this doctors office a one star I would. The doctors call out and cancel everyone's appointments. I sat in a doctors office for an hour and a half and my daughter had the flu. You would think they would want you in and out in no time. Well I started yelling at the nurses because the doctor was taking so long. Well my daughter have been going here since they were born. We loved doctor smith but she called out too much and honestly the other doctors weren't as great. The nurses are horrible and I will never come back. I hope the manager of the building ends up getting fired. I've said my peace. Rot in hell

Terrible service especially Dr. Shelly she is not a good doctor Dr. Faus is the only person up there that actually cares and there staff is so rude. I am getting my kids records and switching drs.

It is very unprofessional to schedule an appointment and a doctor not show up for work on time. One time maybe even two might be ok... But it's happened four time to us now. Me and my wife will be going somewhere that knows how to be professional and show up for work from here on. Not all the doctors have done that to us but it was more than one of them. Some of the doctors are more professional than others though.
