I love how small this practice is, there are 2 doctors (husband and wife) and a nurse practitioner (who is also a lactation consultant). We were looking for a pediatrician for our first child, and there are so many offices in Raleigh that the search can be overwhelming. I knew this was the right place after meeting with Dr Guerra. Everyone is very friendly, and we've been able to get same-day appointments or easily reschedule when we need to. I highly recommend this practice!

I am so happy I switched to this practice. As soon as I walked in first time you could see this practice was set up with the kiddos interest in mind. Love the design and ambiance, which my toddler loves. But most importantly, the care provided by Dr. Oz, he is who my son mostly sees, and he is just soo good with kids. Takes his time to answer your questions and is super nurturing with little one. If he finds problem or reason for continued follow up, he is not one to let it ride out. He provides you with a course of action for foreseeable treatment or other options.

Excellent pediatricians! I'm so glad I found Little Oaks Pediarics. I moved to the area from Maryland last year and was seeking a good pediatrician for my boys. My oldest son has severe asthma and its very important that I have a good pediatrician. I settled with another pediatrician when I first moved to the area but wasn't satisfied. I decided to search for another pediatrician and I found Little Oaks. On our first initial visit Dr.Guera was very friendly, informative and concerned about the needs of my child. We left the office with a new inhalers, a replacement nebulizer machine and recommendations for my son. I felt like she took her time with me and my boys. I dont plan on ever looking for a new pediatrician unless I relocate again. My boys are permanent patients here!

Dr Guerra is so friendly & professional. The office staff are also lovely. I've had some struggles breastfeeding my newborn & Dr Guerra has been such a huge help to me. On our first visit after the hospital she quickly realized our baby was jaundiced & made sure we got lab work done immediately, even though it was a Saturday. Unfortunately our baby had to be admitted to the hospital for bili light therapy but Dr Guerra set up the whole admission so it was as calm as it could be considering the circumstances. I've also always been able to get an appointment quickly whenever needed. When my daughter had her 2 month vaccines the staff were so wonderful with allowing, in fact encouraging, me to breastfeed her immediately before & after the shots (& she did so well!!). My daughter hasn't seen Dr. Ozturk yet but I did meet him when I toured the office & he was very friendly as well. Can't say enough good things about this practice!

I love both these docs so much! we have been taking our 1 and half year old since birth and usually see Dr Oz, but have seen Dr G. for breastfeeding help too and she has been just as wonderful. Will be having a baby next month and plan to continue using.

Our family loves Dr. Guerra !!! She has been caring for our son since he was about one, she has such compassion, concern and empathy for us each visit! She has extensive knowledge and communicates to use what is going on, our options and her best recommendations without being pushy or aggressive. She even takes the time to call and check on him later in the day after we have been seen or the next! We love her so much! My son is excited to see her and the staff , even when he is not feeling well! I feel like she cares for us like her own family! Jennifer at the front desk is so helpful when we call. We could not be happier! We have also seen Dr. Ozturk many times as well, he is also knowledgeable and caring! You can’t go wrong choosing them as your families pediatricians!

Wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone . My daughter is an IUGR baby we came in for her 6 month wellness check they scheduled me with a nurse practioner not her original doctor Dr.Ozturk she only knew what she read in her chart she told me she would pass on to Dr.Ozturk his nurse calls me next day saying he wants to see her for a week weight check well if they would of scheduled me with him to begin with I could of did what ever he suggested not two weeks one week , which really won’t make a difference .. The nurse I spoke to on the phone was rude didn’t try to address my concerns I was iffy about him anyway when we talked about her VSD in her heart once and he was NEGATIVE saying she would have to have surgery because the same thing happened with his other patients not positive like hopefully it closes on it’s own but if not then .. surgery is the next option.. they sent a letter in the mail stating I didn’t meet with their demands and they wouldn’t care for my child anymore not a phone call NOTHING! DON’T GO HERE!! Find another practice I’m disappointed !! I never was abrasive with the staff and further more he made one recommendation to Euro for her height she already had all of her other referrals so please stop lying. Let’s be honest here because I didn’t follow one demand of bringing her back in a week when he use to see her every month and had stopped doing that !

I love how when I took two of my kids for their well visits, Dr. Oz immediately asked how my third sick child was after frantic midnight call to Dr. Guerra 3 days prior. Dr. Guerra was extremely thorough and picked up right away on some mild issues I thought not to mention because I thought I was being paranoid. She also listened. Our son reactions to vaccines at another practice and he was given more of the same vaccine! I am so thankful to be part of a practice with a truly "thinking doctor" that listens to her patients. Anyone that advocates breastfeeding as she does and also exposure to "good old dirt" to help build a child's immune system is a keeper in my book. We are self-pay patients and this practice is worth every single penny.

My wife and I went to take our daughter for a checkup at Little Oaks Pediatrics as a walk-in. Dr. Guerra and Dr. Ozturk were warm and caring and took the time to explain everything to us. They also offered to provide an evaluation on her to ensure that she is developing appropriately. It was reassuring to know that they wanted to take the time to work on the evaluation and questionnaire with us. In addition, the facility is state of the art and extremely clean. There was also only a ten minute wait from when we signed in at the front desk. My wife and I are now in the process of changing our pediatrician to both Dr. Guerra and Dr. Ozturk.

Dr. Ozturk knows my kids personalities and remembers small details which makes us all feel so comfortable with them. Whenever the kids wake up sick I can always do a walk in and get seen right away. The office is amazing. The waiting area and rooms rooms are super clean, beautifully decorated but still kid friendly. The staff there are very friendly, sweet and very professional. I can go on and on talking about how amazing they are. It is very comforting to know that this team is working with my kids. I highly recommend Little Oaks Pediatrics!

I saw Dr. Ozturk this morning for the first time and I am so relieved to find a good pediatrician in my area (just moved a few months ago). Our baby was suffering all weekend with pain and we went to Urgent Care who sent us to the Emergency Department at REX. The ER wasn't very helpful for our situation and we were sent home with "it's probably teething and a stomach bug" and were described Zofran to help with the throwing up. I called first thing when they opened Monday and was able to be seen 40 minutes later (that never happens)! Talking with Dr. Ozturk and having him do a thorough examination and ask questions was such a relief. He was able to quickly tell me what my son had. He gave us a "game plan" of what to do, what to feed him, etc and said he'd call later in the day to check on him. I'm so grateful! I am definitely going to recommend this office to everyone I can. As a side note, the office is conveniently off the freeway, I love the advanced technology for checking in - super easy as a new patient with no paper forms to fill out!
