This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to! The staff is no nice and the doctors are extremely caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatrician!

Front desk are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude! They will not greet you or your child! I don't know how in the world they got hired. They seem to not even like children nonetheless they work in a pediatrics office. They gossip & pretend your not standing there. I have been bringing my daughter here since she was a newborn but i think it's time to look for a different place. We no longer feel comfortable here. I also hate that many different student's check my daughter on EVERY trip i make to her doctor's office. It's very awkward! It seems like every one is just looking for a paycheck and they hate their jobs. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

My children are seen by the providers here only-Dr. Goldbach and Samantha Rushton. The parking lot is ill arranged, yes, but that is nothing KidzCare Pediatrics can help-they did not design the parking lot. Most employees actually park in the back. KidzCare is in the process of getting a new, larger building of their own-they currently lease this small side of the building from Edgewater-who is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the building-and all of their equipment and furniture belonged to Edgewater. When the new larger building erupts it will contain new equipment and new furniture along with a much larger parking lot . The rooms are individually sanitized by the nurses. If you bring two children for well checks, you will be here longer as the providers take their time individually with each child, not to mention that you have developmental questionnaires to complete. Vaccines are not drawn up until the provider finishes with your child to prevent wasting vaccines. At some points when vaccines were unavailable to patients, it was a manufacturer shortage, not a facility issue! KidzCare Pediatrics in Lillington NEVER turns away a child, even if the schedule is full. Providers are very empathetic with you and your child's concerns. Lastly, due to HIPPA, a medical release form to transfer records must be signed in a facility in front of a witness; it can not be faxed or emailed to you to return via fax or email.

Awful. Disgraceful. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Office is not cleaned and sanitized. They have five parking spaces, used by employees. They measured my child's head wrong, resulting in an ultrasound, and causing severe concern. During a well visit they did not have the proper vaccinations needed for that visit. My children have been guinea pigs on several occasions for students, with no supervision of the doctor and a repeat exam of the doctor. My shortest visit has been an hour and a half. The patient portal suggested for check in for more efficient visits, does not work!! The staff gave me trouble about transferring the records! Last but not least, when we attempted to address these concerns with Dr. Goldbach, he nonchalantly disregarded and stated he was contracted out and can address these issues.

As a parent your child's pediatrician is one of the most important people in you and your child's life. I as a mother of two boys , have been blessed to have found Dr. Robert Goldbach!! Dr.Bob as we call him, has been my boys doctor since they were born. The boys and I just love him. My sons now 10 & 15 have always "liked" going to the doctor, and will actually do whatever Dr.Bob instructs without any problems. He is a great doctor and a wonderful person. (he also wears the coolest ties!! )I feel that he answers all of my questions about my children's condition and gives us the best medical treatment. He has always made my sons and I feel at ease every time we visit him. It's like seeing a family friend. We love Dr. Goldbach so much we drive an hour to see him. Kidzcare is very lucky to have Dr.Goldbach as part of their staff. They just don't get any better than Dr.Bob!!!!!!

This place is a great place to take your children to. The staff are really nice and they provide great service. The rooms are decorated very kid friendly and have stickers on the wall. They are also very sanitary and clean up after every patient.

This pediatric office has mislead me multiple times which is why I choose not to use them on a regular basis. When my regular office was closed and I had a sick child they said they would see. Upon arrival and my refusal to transfer my pediatric office they denied seeing me. Might I mind you I had a child with a 103 fever and had been informed they could see her prior to arrival. They were rude on the phone when I called but I chose to ignore that to begin with hoping it was just timing. The staff was rude even upon arrival. Again, I still wanted to give them a chance and my daughter needed to be seen. This is supposed to be a profession for helping kids. This is why I haven’t and will never again bring any of my kids to this office.

These people are horrible! We had went to Edgewater before kids care took over we were never notified that there was going to be a change so I guess kids care just took over all existing patient's. We took vacation in July as we always do and unfortunately my son was fishing and slipped on oyster bed he got cut from head to toe there was an urgent care on the island that would see him his blood pressure was dropping and he needed stitches in his arm fingers knees legs his face was cut he had to have the oyster rwmoved from outunder his skin. The doctors at this urgent care really stressed there concern they got on the phone quick to get an approval from his regular pediatrician.Had to because insurance reason.They explained to his pediatrician his blood pressure was dropping and he needed to be treated they needed to start an IV . The emeegencey room was over 40 min away as they told his pediatricians office. Do you know KIDSCARE PEDIATRICS would not approve him being seen becausw the new doctor had bot seen him yet Andrew had been there plenty of times qhen it was Edgewater there was a medical records but would not approve of hime being seen cause he had not seen the new doctor. Yea I switched as soon as I got back. These doctors do not care about youe child its about money and convince for them its sad ! Prior to this my daughters lab work sat at the office over three weeks after calling every other day to check on them it was the office staff not paying attention however the doctor apologized but never did nothing about the office staff
