Heather Lee is great. She takes time with you. Addresses all your concerns. I couldn't ask for better care. They are always friendly here.

Overall good but, having a timely written prescription ready is the worst. Almost 90% of the time I have to babysit these people in order to get my sons written prescription ready. There is an option at the Walgreens Pharmacy that we learned about, that KidzCare of Franklin, NC know about, and “can” but “do not” use to have these prescriptions faxed over so that we parents do not have to keep wasting our time popping in/calling everyday to see if anyone has done there job yet. Absolutely ridiculous. Other then that, good place.

What a great experience! Both of my children love KidzCare! From the moment you walk in, kids are welcomed by a Dr. Suess themed environment. Drs. Sheryl and Pelletier are so good with my kids. The staff is so friendly and the office is always so clean. I highly recommend KidzCare for your pediatrician!
