Took my children here for the 1st time and it was a smooth process. If it's your fist visit, it's best to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork.

I call today to set up Appointment since my daughter having fever all Day, the receptionist told me they can't attend my kids because I have a collection bill for $156.00 It's unbelievable they are denied attention to see my children. They are active with Medicare how is possible a Doctor put Restrictions to see a sick child's because a past due account when they are getting thousand of money from the Insurance company they did a mistake sending me a Bill for more then $500 when they was supposed send it out to the Insurance company, I did call the social service to handled this bill since it was some charge of treatment that my kids never get. I do not recommend this place to one terrible service.

Excellent child care, my family recently moved to Charlotte and looking for the right Dr is hard. Our first visit here was amazing and every visit after that has never changed. Ms Myisha Burkett always takes care of us and its never a long wait to get your child checked in. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

Don't go to this Location Crystal is a joke. They have screwed up my son's prescription as well as have been sending me wrong kids info etc. I'm so fed up CAN YOU SAY BREACH OF HIPPA??

The healthcare providers themselves are very kind. Nothing to complain about there. The front desk however,is atrocious. They are so unbelievably rude, hang up without even saying goodbye, give quick, one word answers, has messed up scheduling more than once. I think the providers are nice enough so I can't understand why they allow such a rude person to be the one who gives a first impression. I'm switching Drs because she is THAT ride. I don't expect to be hung up on each time I call.

Office was nice It look like tha pictures. I had called and they let me bring my her in. They was all good to my baby. But one thing that was krazy is the blazing inside. I ain’t smell nunthin but we seen it. The lady at the front said nobody smoke in there and I don’t know if it was her but I can see. I’m just sayin for people that don’t smoke

Dr. Myisha really takes an interest in my child and the lady at the front never keeps us waiting long and showed me how to do questionnaires before I come. It’s hard to manage sometimes with 2 toddlers in the office. Love this location.

I would like to take the time to say that I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new pediatrician. The front staff is wonderful, friendly and has great customer service. All the staff there is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My niece and nephew goes here and we love it. I give them 5stars.

Worst experience ever! After getting 3 kids in the car & waiting 45 mins filling paperwork the staff then tells me the Dr Pallamalli wouldn't see my 3 kids b/c she didn't have their med records! At NO point in scheduling/confirming did they asked for records. I had filled out a release but Dr said she wanted more time to review the records & asked me to l reschedule all 3 of my kids AGAIN! With 2 toddlers a 3 week old, not sure what takes so long to review their records! WASTE of time & incompetent staff! NEVER going here again!

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new pediatrician. The front staff is very friendly and has great customer service. All the staff is knowledgeable and professional. My niece and nephews goes here and they take excellent care of them.

I literally have zero complaints about this company. They are always respectful, work with you around your work schedule, make you feel at home, and they always address you by your first name. If you need a new pediatrician, I would highly recommend you join the family.

My kids had an appointment here last week and it was amazing! The doctor was very nice and seem to be very passionate about what she does. The staff was nice as well. The appointment process was very easy The new patient paperwork was a bit lengthy, but that was the only thing. The office was nice and clean and the floors are beautiful!! Lol
