Always professional with me and my kids. We've used this practice for 20 years. Sometimes there are long wait times, just like at every doctor's office. Sometimes there are billing issues, just like at every doctor's office. My kids have received appropriate medical treatment from kind and competent staff, many of whom have been there for several years.

I've been going to this doctor for as long as I can remember. I had an appointment set up with doctor wall today. When I set my appointment up I asked the triage nurse if it was going to be a problem that my 21st birthday was a day before my appointment and she assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. They call me the day of my appointment to tell me they won't be able to see me anymore because my 21st birthday was yesterday. Doctor wall has been one of the only doctors I trust and now I have to find someone else to explain my medical history to. Thanks for the inconvenience.

My son had a fever over night and thankfully Haywood Pedes has weekend hours. Very professional courteous staff. The doctors are great. My kids love the fish tank out front too!

If you need a referral for your child to see a specialist, this is not the place to go. We were denied a referral to see a specialist because the doctor on duty has decided it's in our best interest not to see one. Not only did they refuse to refer us to a specialist, they charged us for visiting them. Thanks for holding our child's healthcare hostage in his best interest. Thanks for putting your self important ego in front of our child's health.
