The staff at La Grange pediatrics is always top notch. Have been going here for years and never have I come in contact with any provider or staff with a bad attitude. They are all always smiling and ready to take care of my child. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I am pleased with the doctors we see at Goldsboro Peds. While we like most all the doctors we do have 3 or 4 that my two children see regularly. They are complete and nice and friendly and do everything they can to help us. The office staff is usually the same way while many times my patience is short, I find if I have an issue and I calmly let them know what my concerns are they do do everything in their power to resolve my issue and treat their clients fairly. I have raised a 40 year old son through Greenville pediatrics, and now have a 14 and 17 year old at Goldsboro pediatrics. I find that if you are willing to put in a little effort you can find the right doctors for your children at Goldsboro Peds. Thank you have a blessed day!

Unexpected visit to this office on Christmas Eve morning. Daughter was sick. Receptionist was not friendly and we felt not welcomed. The doctor was extremely nice and compassionate. I believe I will check somewhere else next time.

On our first visit we saw a Dr and he said that if my son got worse he would call in a prescription however it wasn't needed at the time. A week went by and my son got sicker, so I called them and of course the Dr we saw wasn't there and said there was no note in his file so they needed to see him again. Not very impressed with the lack of note taking in my son's file, good thing it wasn't an allergic reaction to a drug... we won't be going back.

We drive from Kinston, NC to the Princeton office because that is where our favorite PA is usually. The office is so clean and very well organized. We have always been treated with such welcoming smiles by everyone. We truly love the Princeton office and it is well worth the drive!

Love the after hours and weekend hours. My husband and I work 7-5 and 8-5 jobs. It difficult to take off to take her to the Dr so we rely on after hours. Very good doctors. Very hands on and thoroughly check her out.

I have taken my child to Lagrange three times this year for the same issue. Decided to go to Goldsboro today and was not disappointed. Dr. D. Hill was amazing! Day 1: doctor tells us child has ear infection and they will call in the prescription and it will be there by the time i get to the pharmacy. 10am: get to the pharmacy they dont have the call in 1200pm: get to the pharmacy they dont have the call in 3pm: get to the pharmacy they dont have the call in 6pm: get to the pharmacy they dont have the call in Call goldsboro peds and they say oops we never sent it, wait 20 min at pharmacy 630pm get the medicine Day 2: Medicine causes diarrhea, no big deal ill call the nurse to get different medicine 915 am: nurse says i cant write the medicine because im not the prescription nurse call this number/extension called the extension and it says it takes 24 hours not gonna work because child is using the bathroom about every 10-20 minutes 930called back to nurse never received the call back 1000am called CVS on the off chance the prescription was called in, i was not suprised it wasnt 1015am called office and explained my whole story. She stated i couldnt do anything and i could bring him back in... what would that help will that get me medicine faster?... no answer from the office admin. I then said may i speak to the office manager to give some feedback, in which i was transferred to a voicemail suprise suprise. 1025am: behold a doctor calls me personally to ask questions and states the prescription will be called in right now. Morale of the story: being patient will get you no where with goldsboro pediatrics. You literally have to check up on them like they are your own children to make sure they are doing what they said they would do. Its a bit ridiculous. Disclaimer: I dont want to hear an excuse we are busy, your a childrens clinic your always going to be busy. Fix your process its not efficient.

We love everyone at Goldsboro Peds. I feel like my 1 year old daughter has the best care she can get, and as a mom that's very important to me to know that my daughters health and safety is top priority. All the staff and doctors are extremely nice, and my daughter and I enjoy our visits.

The doctors are amazing. The receptionists are extremely rude. The nurses are rude and impatient. My sick kid had to use the restroom and you would have thought I had asked if he could color on the walls. I get that they are busy, but if you have lost your compassion, maybe it's time to go somewhere else. I also understand that people come in for things they really don't need to come in for, but you don't know their stories, so don't pass judgement. I'm rating it solely on the fact that Dr. Stupp was on point, with the diagnosis of my child's appendicitis, which needed to be removed. Also, Dr. Ponzi is fantastic.

This place always acts rushed. My child was sick with a fever and we had to wait over 4 hours for the prescription to be called in. This is silly when a simple "written" prescription could have been filled by me within minutes. An urgent care would have given me the same results with less of wait for the prescription. Was able to be squeezed in as an appointment, so that was the only plus. When your child is sick every minute hurts you as much as them so waiting around for those meds was brutal!

I went in the office Monday, February 29, and my daughter was diagnosed with strep throat. I told the Dr about how I feel like part of the issue is her asthma is acting up again. My daughter has a qvar inhaler and albuterol through the neb. and a proair inhaler. The albuterol is supposed to be as needed or rescue as the qvar is taken twice daily. I told the doctor that she needs neb treatments most days in the morning before school even with the inhaler. She told me that I don't need to be giving her that much medicine as it messes them up and my daughter as far is the medicine doing what is supposed to when it is really needed. I make sure my child gets her medicine as needed and if I felt like she didn't need it I would NOT give it to her.I asked the doctor since I had all her boxes for her scripts on these meds could we get the issue addressed while we were there. She told me that I would have to make another appointment if I felt like that was an issue. My daughter was given a script for antibiotics. Well four days later worth of pain fever meds and antibiotics, my daughter's condition worsened . I took her back. The doctor said it sounds like an upper respitory infection and her asthma is having a flare up. He wrote her a script for steroids. He said he was going to refill the asthma meds as well. He told me than an upper respiratory infection may cause a positive result on a strep test. This whole time my child should have already been on the steroids and I should be seeing her get better not worse. I went to pic up my child's medicine, they didn't have the steroid, I will get that tomorrow after their truck comes in, that isn't an issue as she was dosed in the office, but the albuterol for the neb said NO MORE REFILLS.... so yea you really refilled that for me ..... I am very upset, and my daughter is suffering more than she should have to for whatever reason you did not properly diagnose me and listen to me as the parent telling you all of her symptoms and issues.

Minus Dr. Taylor I have had a good experience with all the drs at Peds. My fav has to be Dr Horton. He really listens to me as a parent and even my kids. Asking them questions about how they feel. He is very down to earth. Explains things wells.

Good customer service experience was HORRIBLE from the nurse who checked us in. However the Doctor, Dr. Yeh was polite. I mentioned my complaint to him and he advised me that no one regardless of age, sex, ethnicity, etc should be treated with disrespect. However I'm not sure what else could be done. He did advise me he was the supervisor. The treatment for my daughters were very fair, however as stated initially, the customer service (from start to finish) with a specific nurse there was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.

I give them 3 stars only because of the Princeton office. They are able to get you in much faster and there is very little wait time there. They also have an office in LaGrange, which I have heard is just as quick. However, after my daughter passed out from giving blood (the little finger vial, not the bigger arm one) they were quick to try to recommend a stress test at the cardiologist's office! She hadn;t really eaten that morning and was stressed b/c she knew she had to have some vaccines. I realize doctors are in CYA mode these days, but really! I decided not to take their "advice" and my daughter is just fine as can be 3 years later, and has been fine every other time they need a vial of her blood.

Dr. Horton allowed my children to feel comfortable with him before beginning their well checkups. His bedside manner is excellent! I have always loved Goldsboro Peds. They have taken care of all 3 of my girls since birth. My little ones are 8 and 6 year old twins. Both of the Dr. Hoovers are amazing. (Mrs. and Mr.). I recommend everyone I know to Goldsboro Peds. Find a doc you prefer and always schedule with that same doc. It helps a lot when keeping track of your little ones.

I am blessed with two Autistic sons that are patients at Goldsboro Pediatrics. The Pediatricians at this facility are very thorough and helpful with making sure my son's needs are met. It's not easy being a mother of two special needs sons and finding places that are special needs friendly. Goldsboro Peds routinely goes out of their way to make sure my son's feel at home at there practice. We are very fortunate to have this practice in Goldsboro for special needs families like my own. I'll never forget how the receptionists know my son's by name They are always helpful in helping me transition my son's or redirecting them so I can move on with our day. The Pediatricians always come in the patient rooms smiling with excitement as if you're the first person they've seen all day. They know how to make my children feel relaxed and calm so my son's will open up. My sons are extremely lucky to not only receive physical healthcare but also mental healthcare by being able seeing their favorite PediatricPsychologist every month. Our family has everything we need to help our sons succeed in life under one roof.
