This was my son’s first appointment at Wells Family Dental. We had an wonderful experience from the beginning to end . The staff is friendly , scheduling was easy and accommodating and they even offer Saturday appointments. I would definitely recommend Wells Family Dental.

I doctor is fabulous. The front staff, not so much. I called for a prescription to be faxed and was told it would be 15 minutes. Still waiting at another eye care center for 40+ minutes for my prescription to be faxed. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up and called again. They said they were faxing my prescription now- I am still waiting.

I've been going to Fox Eye Care in Crabtree Mall since I moved to Raleigh in 2016. Dr. Gordon is SO nice and extremely knowledgeable. Even thought she only sees me once a year, she always seems to remember me and makes me feel very welcomed. I also love that the office is in the mall, so if I choose to have my eyes dilated there is plenty for me to do before having to drive home. I would recommend Dr. Gordon to anyone in the area and would probably only leave this office if it were to follow her somewhere new!

My first time coming here was 2 months ago when my boyfriend needed work done on his glasses. (LensCrafters) He is also a patient of Fox Eye Care. He has terrible vision and we went next door to Fox Eye Care to ask if they could give him a trial pair of his contacts while we wait, since he cannot see. The lady at the front was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She had a nasty unfriendly face and her attitude matched. They wouldn't give him a pair so we sat while we waited instead. The second I came to Fox Eye Care, was for me. I thought I'd try them out for my exam. The same lady was sitting at the front and was just as unpleasant as the first time. She was just as rude to my friend who also came for an appointment. The Dr. I saw was nice, but I won't return here just because of how they allow their employees to treat their customers.

I had a routine eye exam on January 6 2018. I had to call 6 times to check on the status of my contact lens order. I was repeatedly told they were on back order. My contacts came in on January 25. I called after that to find out and was told again they were on back order. The office manager was unsympathetic to her staff being so irresponsible. I have been a patient there for 5 years but will not go back after this. What a horrible experience. Dr. Gordon is great, the office staff is not.

Ive been coming here since 2010 and have been seeing same provider, Dr. Nicole gordon and she is the reason why I always come back.Shes not only an amazing optometrist but a friend who actually takes the time to hear me and listen to my concerns..I look forward coming in to see her beautiful smile and talk.. I have tried other places and not happy I always come back to see her and didnt mind paying self pay fees when i didnt have insurance. BEST OPTOMETRIST RALEIGH HAS HANDS DOWN!!

Super happy with them. Both staff and doctors are great! Convenient hours for busy people or emergencies like idiots like me that wait until contact is torn and we’ll past your annual checkup. Friendly staff and very open to questions. I also didn’t have vision insurance and paid cash which was extremely reasonable. I love 45 minutes away but will definitely go back to them. Highly recommend them to anyone!

You will not find better service at Fox Eye Care Group. These days so many places you are treated like a number, possibly a customer, but at Fox Eye Care group you are treated as a friend. Shanelle and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have been wearing contacts for over 20 years, that is a lot of eye exams. I scheduled my appointment at for 5PM made it to my appointment way on time. I DID NOT GET SEEN!!! other people without appointments came in as WALK INS !! and were seen before me!!! i knew they were walk ins because receptionist asked and i was at my appointment 1 hour prior BY MYSELF no other people were waiting ! i was totally ignored by staff. It was 6:20 and i asked what time i was gonna get seen the receptionist answer was you are the last one ! unacceptable! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I WALKED OUT .I know they don't care about losing 1 customer but i want to let other people know my bad experience

Everyone was polite and professional. The only note I would make is for the contact specialist to not assume people won't be using their insurance. That should be a question they ask up front instead of having to be prodded for it.

I called to find out the location in the mall and the young lady just kept saying "where Sears used to be", I don't frequent the mall so I had no idea where Sears used to be and I told her this, to no avail. Dr Broza stated that my sight had gotten a little worse. I made a comment about getting old and things falling apart, she never even acknowledged it, just kept writing notes. Rude, impersonal bedside manner. Over at Lens Crafters, the young lady told me that I had "stuff" on my face. It was the dried up residue from the eye drops. I thought I had dabbed it off, but apparently it still left a stain. You think the doctor or front desk staff could have let me know and/or given me a face wipe??? My family and I will definitely be going to America's Best next time.

Dr Nicole Gardon of the team was outstanding. Listened, explained and gave me options. Took the time to answer my questions. The price of the exam was fair and it could just walk and get an exam. They also have new technology that make the whole exam go faster. The one heads up is they will just assume you want to get glasses next door so let them know in advance if all you want is the exam. I did get my glasses next door and they are a little price but was good service. It is right in Crabtree mall when you leave Sears on the second floor. On your right.

My son has been a patient with this office for a couple of years, but they treat him like a stranger. They do not provide a welcoming feeling, and my son is Autistic so that's important to me. But what do you expect from a mall doctor? I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

I had a great experience the ladies there get you in and out as fast as they possibly can. Dr Nicole is great! She made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I have been wearing contacts for awhile now but this is for sure the best location I’ve been to. The prices of somethings are high but they do what they can to make it as cost effective as possible and that was truly appreciated. I wish I knew the young ladies name who finished my transaction because she was AWESOME!
