My dad had cataract surgery there...he's on his 5th follow-up visit. We believe something wasn't done correctly during surgery. Today my parents waited over 2 hours before the doc even saw them..no updates, no apologies. We mentioned this to the staff and they were nonchalant...I wouldn't recommend this doc office!

I have known of Dr. Dahringer's work for nearly 20 years, and have had good reason to refer many of my own patients to him for surgery: his surgical work is superb, and he and his staff really care about the patients. He is top notch!

Dr. Dahringer and his staff are 100% professionals. Every step of my cataract surgery (both eyes) was explained in detail as were the insurance and follow-up procedures. I have never had a wait in his office (seriously); how often can you say that about any doctor. He, the nurses and administrative staff are friendly, helpful and polite to a fault. The operating team at Rex was also excellent, from check-in to delivering me to my car and driver at the front door. Dr. Dahringer was recommended to me by five close friends; he exceeded their recommendations without a doubt. For the first time in 25 years I am without glasses and no longer have that restriction on my driver's license. I can see clearly now and I will recommend this doctor and this office to everyone.

My wife was more than pleased with the result of her two cataract surgeries. Only once did we have to wait in the doctor's office for longer than 15 minutes. Dr. Dahringer is very personable; staff is efficient and pleasant. Great office atmosphere. Dr. Dahringer is not a "one size fits all" doc. My wife's eye care situation is different from other folks' we know, who also went to Dr. Dahringer; we appreciated his recognition of that and tailoring of the IOL to what would work best for her--and it does!!
