The last time I brought my teenage son this office, the doctor called my cell phone the next day thinking it was my son's, didn't introduce himself as the doctor until I asked who he was and then repeatedly said he was just calling to check on him. I just called to scheduled check ups for my other two with a DIFFERENT doctor and the receptionist had the worst attitude! She spoke way too fast and kept saying things about scheduling options that didn't make sense to me and when I questioned her she got really snappy. At one point I told her to take it easy really nicely and her response was "I'm trying to tell you to take it easy.....". Who does this! Why am I keeping my appointment you ask?! Because I'd like to see if she's that rude in person. And I can't wait to talk to her boss. Who let's people like this represent their business?

The staff from front desk to triage with the medical assistance and nurses to the Physician or Physician Assistant are Amazing! My children always feel happy to go to the doctor’s office. This office is perfect for us.

They act they are busy. For urgency they do not care . They will not remind your kids vaccines. Kids school reminded me. Stupidest think if you are delay for one minute your appointment is canceled. Front desk they are just like old tap recorder. They forgot that they are running a children pediatric clinic.They postponed my 1 month kid appointment being delay for 5 mins. Never go to this center and waste your time.

Amy up front is a joy to see and Nurses Karen and Emily are wonderful. However I chose to switch pediatricians because the doctor my 6m old son had recommended feeding him peanut butter and yogurt. I listened, because I didn't know any better and had to rush him to the ER 10 minutes later. He is deathly allergic to peanuts and also has a dairy and egg allergy. I understand some doctors are recommending introducing these foods at a younger age, however I was not told to do so on a small scale. I was also not told to be sure to have Benadryl at home just in case a reaction was to occur. I was also NOT asked about family history with allergies or told to take him to have an allergy test before introducing such foods. I could have avoided an ER bill and putting my sons life in danger had any of that information been provided to me. That being said the office overall was great but with a negligent Doctor sadly I had to switch. I will miss the friendly faces

In my 30’s now, Charlotte Pediatric Clinic is where I went as a child. As a parent now, this is where my daughter now receives care. The doctors are top notch. The management is fantastic and the positive experience starts the minute we walk in the door. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Blakeney is the best!!
