I don't know where to start. Very rude service. I had a problem with my insurance so I contacted the office and left 7 messages yes 7, I never got any call back. I had to call and call trying to get someone to talk to about a bill. After i was finally told everything was ok i get a letter from a collection agency for my bill. Still can't get someone including the operation management to return a call. Every one I know in town will know what kind of disfunction this practice conducts on a daily basis.

Very upset with our experience here for the past six months. We have been seeing doctor page, and she is the most hateful woman, and doctor I have ever meet. Making smart remarks to me and my family, as I bring my doctor to the doctor not to mention I drive 45 mins for the service I though I was going to receive for her to not even care to check into any problems my daughter is having, also telling me that my daughter has a big head and isn’t developing right, but yet doesn’t take 5 mins in the room with us how exactly would she know what she is and isn’t doing right?! I DO NOT RECFOMEND THIS PLACE I WOULD DEFINTLY GO ELSEWHERE!

I can't begin to explain how frustrated I have become with this office. I have four children and have used this office for 10 years. The amount of hours that I have spent waiting to be seen in this office is probably equal to literal days. Three hour + appointment times where I spent maybe 20min (that's being generous) face to face time with a doctor and that much or less with combined ancillary staff; so the rest of that time, we've spent sitting and waiting like our time is meaningless and inconsequential to the staff. I have always been pleasant and gracefully accepted it for what it was and tried to remain understanding and never complained. However, today my daughter had a check up. We were about 10 minutes late. I stood behind the receptionist who was leisurely speaking to the person in front of us for over five minutes while I yet again, patiently waited. I checked in and although, I'd already written my daughter's information in while the receptionist was doing something else, she diverts her attention to the sign in sheet, and then asks me the patient's name. Like, she can't read? She then says, "her appointment was as nine, I'll have to see if they will see her." She picks the phone up to call in the back and I remind her that I had waited behind another patient for over 5 minutes. She cuts her eyes but of course doesn't provide that info to the nursing staff when she calls to the back. She replies to the person on the end of the line "they'll need to reschedule?", hangs up the phone and starts to tell me how they can't see her. I was so shocked at the hypocrisy and lack of customer service that I simply stopped her and left with my daughter. We will not be back. I will reschedule her alright, with a new practice!

We LOVE Dr. Martin SO MUCH. We’re so lucky to have found her! We’ve seen many other doctors at Asheville Pediatrics and have found all of them to be kind and knowledgeable. Our 3 year old actually enjoys going into the doctor (that’s not an easy feat!)

I can't imagine going anyplace else! My kids see Dr. Dodson for their well visits, but I'm happy to see any of the other doctors when we need to. The office staff has always been helpful and responsive, and I love the fact that they're open every day!

Love this practice!! I have raised my child from an infant to adulthood and had the greatest care and attention to my child's needs. Always a friendly voice on the phone and friendly faces in the office. They treat me like family! Looking forward to my grandchildren being cared for there though their childhood also!!!!

Very caring and smart doctors! We see Dr. Cohen mostly, but all the doctors there are awesome. They take the time to answer all of my questions (and I have A LOT) and never make me feel rushed. I also love that they always seem to be up to date with new medical studies and that they believe in the importance of vaccines!

I was so disappointed with our recent visit to Dr. Page that I seriously considered leaving mid-appointment. I only give the practice 2 stars because the nurse was very nice. Dr. Page was not. The doctor failed to introduce herself though it was our first visit. She told me that my 18 month old daughter would never stop breastfeeding if I continued to comfort her with it. She said we should discipline her with time-outs (an 18 month old?!). She told us children (including those less than 2 years old) are manipulative. The way she physically handled my daughter with an almost aggressive manner just about made me sick. She never even tried to talk to her or comfort her in any way. It really made me wonder why this woman is a pediatrician. We will never return.

Dr. Cohen is amazing! My two typical children and my daughter with developmental delay, autism and significant medical issues are her patients and she always takes the time to really listen to both them and me. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I've used this practice for 17 years, with my 2 children. In my opinion, they have the best hours in town. Weekend hours and evening hours have kept my kids out of urgent cares and ER's. I never have to wait very long which is a welcome experience compared to my kids orthopedic office visits where I wait hours at a time on the regular. Keep up the good work, Asheville Peds! We appreciate your team!
