I went here as a child and never had a problem... until I had my son! The people at the front desk, specifically the ones who answer the phones are very rude! They just hang up I will be taking him somewhere else! It's just common curtisy to be a nice person espically if you are answering a phone have a good attitude it's your job!

Pediatric offices are pretty much always a nightmare, however, since switching from the Thomasville location, I have been pleased. Brandon Rorie is excellent! No, the front desk staff isn't the friendliest, but I try to ignore it for the most part, PLUS they are still better than the Thomasville office.

I've always taken my child here and unfortunately will probably have to continue to do so, considering my lack of other options. Took our son in for an exam after he showed signs of an ear infection. They said he was fine and we paid our copay. This was a Friday and over the weekend things got worse and he developed a fever. On Monday, they told us to give it 24 hours. On Tuesday we paid our co-pay again to finally get something to help our son with his ear infection. Not really happy with them.

When taking in an older female child and the child has female problems, Dr. Suttle refuses to let the mother go into the room with the child. No option whatsoever is given to the parent. It's like she knows it all and is looking for something. I took my daughter in to get on the pill, just incase and she says to me "If she's old enough for the pill, she's old enough to do this without you" My child had NEVER had the first pap or female exam and was scared to death ! She is a COLD Dr.All the rest are fine. Dr. Winter wouldn't listen to me when I told him my son has Autism. I knew nothing, yet I got him in to see another Dr and they had him tested and guess what?? He does have it ! For 14 years this man has not listened to me and I've missed 14 years of getting my son services. He said he only had ADHD and then wanted to take him off his meds. He said he would out grow it... ADHD isn't ever out grown ! He's a wanna be Dr. Dr. Riggins, Same son has been sick for over a month and now he's stopped eating for 7 days now and in a lot of pain. So I take him right back. They finally run blood work and get an X-ray. The Dr. tells me to call first thing in the morning and I did and kept calling all day every 2 hours... then I call back before they are about to close and they tell me that she's not even there and they can't tell me anything until she signs off on it 4 days from now !?!?! Are you kidding me? So they lied all day and told me that I needed to be patient, not a word about her not even being there. Time for another Dr. ! Seems that these Dr.'s don't care. The office staff are all stuck up and act like you're less than them and you can feel it with every visit. Taking my kids there all these years it's never changed, just getting worse ! They need to close the doors !

I have been taking my children to these doctors since they were born. That has been 14 years. I have never had a long standing balance. At most $40 for a month, one time. My son was supposed to go for a med check appointment today and I did not have cash due to getting laid off of my job. They will not let him go unless I can pay it in full today. They will not bill, even after 14 years of having no problems getting paid.

Been going here for about 5 years even after moving to greensboro i continued to bring my child but today i realized they are not professional and there racist. I will be switching ASAP sad thing is I'm in the medical field also, and I treat all my patients with respect and courtesy no matter there race Im eagar to help and care for the patients.The medical field is only for people with a great heart and who see's all patients as a priority not a color, while caring and finding the issue and solving it. But not here but what did i expect Archdale and Trinity are known for been racist.

Dr. Winters has an impressive breadth of knowledge and an extraordinary bedside manner. In fact, I have used him as an example when training other physicians on respectful, collaborative and caring patient interactions.

The Trindale office is where we go. We have had nothing but pleasant and professional service there. Dr. Riggins has been amazing to work with for my son's issues. Other doctors have shown really good interactions with my son as well and help make the visit not so scary for a child.
