amazing doctors. I take all 3 of my kids here and they are amazing and any time the kids are sick i can call and they will see them that day. I highly recommended this place

I can't imagine taking my two children anywhere else. Thank you Albemarle Peds for accommodating my sick child last minute & always being courteous and helpful. Your customer service is always noticed and greatly appreciated.

Can’t imagine taking my child anywhere else. This practice isn’t affiliated with atrium health meaning they can diagnose and do their own thing. They don’t have to listen or go by atrium healths rules. Dr. Lawrence knows her stuff and so does her staff. They listen and never push you out the door.

Highly recommend Dr Lawrence! She is the absolute best and all of the employees are always friendly! Dr Lawrence will do anything possible to make sure your child has a diagnosis and loves your child so much! Here, we always feel like more than just a patient.

Waiting in the doctor for 40 mins and when another person comes in with a child that haven't even been register yet and they call them them straight back

Doctors and nurses are great, BUT desk ladies need to stop assuming that whoever calls is an adult because I was wondering when my appointment was for my brother and I and was also wondering if we had to have an adult with us and desk lady Lisa kept asking me “who has the appointment” after constantly telling her “MY BROTHER AND I”, she kept asking and got an attitude asking “WHO HAS THE APPOINTMENT” and after calmly saying “My brother and I” she asked again and I was so confused (like am I stupid?) I asked “what do you mean???” And she goes “WHO ARE THE PATIENTS??” And I said yet again, “MY BROTHER AND I” and she goes “oh. You and your brother”. Like yes hunny, that’s what I’ve been saying since the beginning of this call. Maybe other desk ladies would’ve understood but this one DID NOT understand what “my brother and I” meant :) STOP ASSUMING THAT EVERY PERSON WHO CALLS IS A PARENT.

Let me start off by saying my husband and I probably aren't the easiest people to please and especially when it comes to our sons well being. However Albemarle Pediatrics has ALWAYS been wonderful to my family. Dr. Lawrence was my doctor growing up and we are fortunate enough for her to now be my son's. Her and the whole staff are always so sweet and helpful. My son is only 5 months old and I know I've called 20 times and they always seem eager to help. For all the first time mommy and daddy's who worry about EVERYTHING as I do I promise taking your children to Albemarle Pediatrics will benefit their health and your sanity! First class health care!!!
